Alexandria by the Sea BH206, is a luxury, 3rd floor condo with no elevator access, located at Beachhead Condominiums. Enjoy sunrises from the expansive balcony, featuring panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Amenities include a heated community pool, play scape for kids, and game room for adults and teens. Alexandra by the Sea offers pedestrian access via a private boardwalk to the nearby beach, HEATED pool, and condo amenities.
The contemporary, open-concept living area provides enough space for your family to sit & relax together. The ample, fully furnished balcony provides additional space to enjoy the view. The dining area has 6 seats and an there are 2 seats found at the breakfast bar. Just off the living room, in the kitchen, you'll find gourmet stainless-steel kitchen appliances, an oven, ample granite countertop space, and all the cookware you need.
The primary suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a closet; its bathroom boasts a spacious walk-in shower. The guest bedroom contains 2 cozy Twin/Full bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom.
Per HOA: Before traveling to Port Aransas/Beachhead Condos, please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below. Properly planning the correct number of vehicles prior to your departure will enhance your vacation experience:
Beachhead Condos allows parking for 2 vehicles maximum. Golf carts do count as vehicles. Violators will be towed by the HOA

"Great location and space, needs a little maintanence
The location of this condo was great and easy access to the beach. The beds were clean and comfortable, with nice TVs. The porch was filled with bird poop and the patio chairs were worn and filled with bird poop.There was also a cockroach in the living room. The boardwalk path to the beach needed some tending too as well."

"Watch out for the Birds
Overall we had an enjoyable stay. Would we stay at this particular place again? No.
The positives: Having a room set up with twin over full bunks, was great for multiple kids.
The property was decorated nicely, had a peaceful, beachy vibe. The property had a nice pool, play area, and clubhouse with ping pong, table hockey, etc. Great place for kids. Dedicated parking and a nice view of the Ocean. I also liked that we didn’t have to stop by a property management office for codes, parking passes etc, we were able to go straight inside and all that stuff was already there.
Why I would pass on staying at Alexander by the Sea again...
When we arrived, we were greeted with one dead roach and one dying roach. My guess it they recently sprayed for bugs but it was not how you want to be welcomed into the place you are staying. There were also crumbs in some of the cabinets and a few smears on cabinet doors which made me question the cleanliness of the place. The toilet in the bunk room bathroom ran non stop the entire stay and it was loud! There was also a weird panel jerry rigged to the ceiling with big bolts in the bathroom which was out of place.
Some light switches had sensors and the bedroom the light blinked green ALL NIGHT. I tried to cover it with post its, but it was so bright you could still see it morse coding away.
The property touted the balcony which looked decent enough in the photos. When we arrived, Every chair had bird poop all over it - like A LOT! One of the corners of the balcony looked like the birds were locked on target with hot lava diarrhea that was a direct hit every time - all over the chair, all over the floor, on the railing. It was gross and frustrating that we looked for a place with an ocean view porch, but didn’t want to sit outside.
All that being said, we don’t let stuff like this ruin our fun. We had a great trip and don’t get bent out of shape over this"

Second time staying at Beachhead and we are just as satisfied as the first time. The pool is clean and has ample space. The rooms are very well taken care of and the check out procedures are a breeze."

"Perfect location
Comforts of home. Clean and great location. On the beach. Easy access from the condo to the beach. Our grandkids loved the heated pool since the weather was cold and windy. A dresser in the main bedroom would be nice to put away clothes etc.
The game room near the office needs some TLC. Maybe some board games. Saw teens and kids checking out the place. Good space though.
Overall would I would recommend . "
