Please let our team know if you would like to add this at least 24 hours in advance. - Stays of 30 nights or longer are managed by (Property Management) (DRE 02215202) and are subject to additional lease terms. - Maximum occupancy of 3, sleeps 2 people in beds (1 King bed) - P.S. Platinum has partnered with Truvi, a verification platform. Upon booking, you will be asked to complete a verification prompt along with your rental agreement. - This property enforces a No Smoking policy, both within and outside the home - NO EXCEPTIONS - This home is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy around loud noise, excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighbors, over-occupancy, and parties. - Violations of this policy will result in deposit forfeitures and/or evictions that are strictly enforced. If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 30 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $350 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable). If I (WE) cancel 30 days or less prior to the occupancy date, P.S. Platinum will make every attempt to re-book MY (OUR) Reservation. If the P.S. Platinum re-rents the property for the dates of MY (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive 100% of the deposit back minus the $350 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable).

If necessary, P.S. Platinum may re-rent the property for the dates of MY (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last-minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund based on this discounted rate minus the $350 cancellation fee and a 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable). If P.S. Platinum is unable to re-rent the property for the dates of MY (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 30 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations to multi-week reservations are subject to the same policy, however, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental rate is applicable in lieu of the $350 cancellation fee.

Partial cancellations to reservations of one calendar month or longer that result in a night count that is less than one full calendar month are subject to Transient Occupancy tax, in addition to the policies outlined above.

We enjoyed our stay and the property was perfect for just the two of us. The backyard is truly an oasis and can be enjoyed year round with a fireplace to enjoy on the cooler days and evenings to the backyard seating area and pool in the warmer weather. There is a gate around the pool for added safety if you have little ones. The neighborhood is quiet and you have a place to park your car in the driveway. There were beach chairs provided which was also a very nice touch! It was very chilly the first night but the small stove style fireplace and potable heater warmed the unit quickly. We would stay here again! The town is close, the beach is close, the highway is close and you do hear it :), but a little music or turning on the waterfall helps and it fades a bit. This place is unique and clean, well stocked for 2 people. The Management was helpful with the different issues that came up so that really helps in settling problems during your vacation.
