Visitor Reviews (3) Write a Review! "Fantastic views Unit 805 was great! Views are fantastic! Unit spacious, kitchen is wonderful! Beautiful smooth-top stove and big microwave, plus has a Single serve coffeemaker in addition to 12 cup coffeemaker! Living room furniture very comfortable. And the TV! Took a minute to figure out DirecTV is an app on the Roku, but after that, had great streaming experience on rainy day and evening. Plus has a soundbar! Very nice! The bed in master bedroom VERY comfortable! Plus has fantastic view of the Gulf. The bed is rather high to get into, but I managed, husband had no problem getting in/out. Shower has hand-held showerhead, which I really wanted. Balcony: a bonus having 2 sides! The furniture is bar height and very sturdy. Love the pool area – plenty of lounge chairs and tables/chairs for eating or whatever—I enjoyed journaling there, has great view of the Gulf. Assigned parking in the garage-nice! Had a few issues (light burned out, bedroom door wouldn’t open, washing machine wasn’t working), and I texted Stacy—got a reply within 2 minutes!!!!! Repair guy was there the next morning! All issues except washing machine corrected that day! New machine arrived a few days later (next business day!). Wow! What awesome service! All in all, would not hesitate to rent this unit again. I brought my own. The bedroom TV's never connected to direct TV.The Roku main TV was difficult to get a station. The freezer door would not open all the way and the ice machine did not work. A repairman fixed the freezer door but not the ice machine. I had to make my own ice. The balcony door would not lock-that had to be repaired.I stayed for 3 weeks and tried using the vacum-the bag was full and the beater bar was disgusting-Dunn did repair the vacum. The unit is very outdated and really shows neglect. Worst of all, there is an offensive odor in the unit that I noticed each time I entered the unit. My opinion, rent a different unit. I will say, Dunn realty tried to correct many of the problems but only after I made them aware. I wonder, are the owners aware? I love the MS gulf coast, I will return to Ocean Club next year but not to 805." I was lucky to have a friend recommend reaching out to Dunn Deal Realty for assistance in finding a place that could work within my Govt limitations. I had the most enjoyable stay at the Ocean CLub. The unit was clean and well stocked with everything needed. The staff at Dunn Deal are amazing!!!!
