There is also two other pools one is a super large gulf front pool and the third pool is an indoor/ outdoor pool. The complex offers so many amenities, three pools, the Jacuzzi, the Tiki bar with burgers, the coffee shop and breakfast shop that doubles as a pizza kitchen later in the day. There is even an arcade for the kids and the beach is only a few steps away. This modern immaculately decorated unit is perfect for everyone!!
Living Area
This Pelican Beach 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condominium offers 955 sf. ft. of interior space with a 152 sq. ft. of balcony space. The condominium sleeps a maximum of 6 people and offers one of the area’s most unique gulf views of the Destin beaches.

The condominium has a private balcony shared by the living room and master bedroom offering a gulf-view towards the beach and emerald green waters and long views to the East along the shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony has all new chairs and even a hi top table. The natural beauty of the Gulf Coast will astound you. The balcony is the perfect place to cuddle with your significant other as you watch the sun dip into the Gulf in one of our renowned sunsets or while enjoying your morning coffee watching the sun rise to start a new vacation day!
Sleeping
The condo features a spacious layout with a comfortable primary bedroom that includes a plush king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and cable TV. The primary bedroom offers direct access to the balcony via sliding glass door and beautiful eastward views of the Gulf of Mexico. The guest bedroom features a queen bed. The living room also includes a pull-out queen-size sofa bed and a love seat that opens into a smaller bed for additional sleeping options for guests.
Kitchen
Our condominium offers guests the convenience and flexibility of having a full kitchen and dining area. You will want to cook in this gorgeous well appointed kitchen. The fully appointed kitchen provides the opportunity to wake up each morning and prepare a homemade breakfast before heading downstairs for a swim in one of the pools, a soak in the hot tub, or a workout in one of the resort's two fitness centers. The condominium’s dining area offers the perfect gathering place to enjoy a family meal featuring one of the local fresh catches cooked in the well-stocked full kitchen or on the grilling station poolside. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, and blender, ensuring that guests have everything they need to prepare their meals.

"Wonderful views, beautiful interior and great location
My family of five stayed in this two bedroom apartment for five nights and had a great time. It’s very clean, beautifully decorado, and a perfect size and a beautiful balcony with great views overlooking the pool and ocean. We loved that there was a washer and dryer in the unit, and one thing I would have loved to know before, is there was a pack and play there as well as sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, and umbrellas to be able to be used, which was an amazing bonus! I would’ve loved to know this because we packed our stuff."

" Very poor customer service!!!!
My swimsuit was stolen outside our room on the railing and they left the cover up, I contacted the host he reply with a rude text then I went to the front desk and they said they couldn’t help me because they dnt have cameras on that side,do not book room 312 nor any others,the elevators we’re slow and the lights in front of the elevator had bugs and spiderwebs on them which shows they dnt clean,it’s not worth the price. I have videos as well."

"Do not stay in this unit or this resort (and my shoes got stolen)
The condo only had 4 towels per bathroom which is inconvenient if you shower more than once a day and have 6 guests. The toaster is broken (burns your toast even on the lowest setting on the right side) there was only one large pot (luckily we brought our own rice cooker) The air conditioner never got below 74 degrees even when following all of the units instructions. There is no pantry to put your groceries in (so everything had to be on top of the counters) the shower head in the master bathroom is terrible if you are not a tall person. After check out they charged 100 dollars for damaged linens that did not look the same as when we left. As for the beach, there is security that walks around and doesn’t let you sit by the shore. If you have small kids this is not the place for you. We have always stayed at waterscape in Ft Walton but decided to give a different place a try due to thinking the water would be so much better and i can say it’s not worth it. Also they close the nice pool at 7:30 pm. So you are forced to move to a different pool. The provided vacuum didn’t work either. The elevators were smothering and took forever to get one. Getting your belongings into the condo were insane and inconvenient. You had to wait by someone’s car to get a cart. Lady at desk said that ppl keep them in there rooms. The washer and dryer in the unit
was super miniature could only wash 3 towels at a time. We were told not to wipe up anything with kitchen towels or we would get charged (which we did not) but was still charged 100 dollars. Jets in hottub did not work. Was told by security that you can’t play music bc someone complained even when it was family friendly. Also can’t set up extra shade for your kids. Part of your group has to bake because they don’t want to mess up the esthetics which is crazy. It’s like 150 degrees outside Kids need shade. The toilets in the unit didn’t flush properly in both bat"

Pelican 312 was very much as advertised. It was reasonably well appointed and the location was very convenient. My only suggestion would be for the owners to replace the shower heads in both bathrooms. For just a few dollars they could significantly improve the experience of their guests. "

"Great Winter Getaway
I had a great stay at Pelican can Beach Resort for the month of February! It was a great place to escape and relax. The three heated pools and hot tubs were enjoyed by all . My unit 312 was exactly as described in website.
The location was really quite convenient for all shopping needs. The breath taking views of the gulf were really serene and beautiful. I look forward to rebooking for next year! Thanks for the memories!"
