Cancellation Policy - Properties are typically rented up to 2 years in advance due to the necessary time required in planning guest and guest invitee’s schedules. After booking a reservation, the property is no longer available to guests inquiring about those dates. There is no reasonable way of recapturing those guests. Reservations cancelled at least 180 days prior to arrival will receive a refund less the amount of the first night's rental. Reservations may not be cancelled within 180 days of arrival. However, if Together Resorts is able to re-rent the property for those dates, Together Resorts will apply a credit of that amount to the original reservation less one night's rental. If you find it necessary to cancel, please advise us as soon as possible so that we may have the best opportunity to remarket your dates.

"How can you host a house with no hot water?
It was supposed to be a wonderful company vacation but it turned out to be one of the worst ones we’ve had solely because of this house. The beds are horrible, it’s like sleeping on corn or seed bags - hard and unenjoyable. The house has 6 water heaters, and not a single person had hot water the entire stay. 20+ people staying in the house for days and not a single hot shower was taken.. in days. How can that be possible with 6 water heaters? Also, we rented the house for the use of the pool AND the hot tub. Apparently they don’t tell you when things aren’t working after you’ve booked - as I’m walking up to check into the house, a man there checking final details said that our group would have to use the neighbors hot tub area if we wanted to use a hot tub, we rented this house for the purpose of the privacy and access to the hot tub and pool, not share with another group of 20+ people. We paid thousands for the privacy and accessibility. On top of the house internally and with the hot tub - parking is a complete nightmare. Guests in the apartment next to this one have the ability and will take over spaces that aren’t there’s - or worse, park in the center of the area and trap you in. It’s an absolute giant of a house but also a giant waste of money. Would not recommend. 2/10."

"Location Location Location
The house is in a great location. Easy access to the beach. We had a great time and I would recommend Together Resorts as they were very professional and polite in dealing with issues as they arose. The property is nice but does have some wear and tear. That is expected as this house is well used. The elevator was not working when we arrived (I was notified just before arriving). They did have elevator repair out the next day but it still did not work. They sent the repair company again and they were able to get it working. It was hard for our family that needed the elevator to get up and down. The beds are hard as rocks and not comfortable and some family members bought mattress toppers so they could sleep more comfortably. The only other issue would be lack of insulation so you hear everything going on throughout the house.
This house does accommodate 50 people with ease. It was great having 14 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. We had a great time and I would return. Even with the issues. We did have a great time. "

"Great spot for a family reunion
We enjoyed our stay. The place was immaculately clean. The elevator came in handy for getting gear in/out along with the two folks who needed it due to mobility issues. The theater and games floors were nice. Access to the beach was easy. A few things could use improvement. The one handicap accessible room should have an accessible shower instead of having to step over the side of the tub. There were no basic spices like salt/pepper or oils. The beds were all extremely hard. It's nice that every room has it's own bathroom but there are no half baths on any level. Parking is very tight. The pool area is small for the amount of people who could be there. "

"Fun Place to stay
This was our second time staying with Together Resorts. The large shared spaces provided everyone in our group to gather. Each room had it own bathroom which provided privacy when needed. I would highly recommend any of the together locations. "

"Labor Day cousins weekend
Our vacation rental experience was great for the moat part. We had 3 generations of cousins under one roof in honor of our sister/cousin who passed in March due to complications from having had Covid in January. We enjoyed each other's company and have meals together at ONE table! Simply amazing! Easy access to the beach crowding was the best! Private parking was great as well as easy access to the strip and shops and restaurants.
Thr only concern was the elevator wasn't working properly even after given instructions to reset. I was locked inside for almost 15 minutes the 2nd dY.
We didn't use it anymore for the next 3 days we were there."

"Best Family Gathering outside of our parents house!
My siblings and I wanted to stay together with our children and grandchildren just like we used to do when our parents were alive at the big house. Well we did it! Thanks to the TogetherResort Properties, our family stayed, played, talked, ate, laughed, and enjoyed each other just as we did when we all went to grandma’s. "

"Fun Family Reunion
Property had everything we needed to accommodate all family members. Movie night was a blast and the beach right across the street. Having a bathroom in each bedroom was excellent. The only thing was a mold issue, which Together Resorts immediately addressed. They were responsive and very customer focused."

"Not what we expected
While the home was large and accommodated our group, we were overall disappointed. The pool and spa were grossly undersized for a home that sleeps 50. Lack of balconies or outdoor shower were very disappointing for a property at this price point. The Kitchen was the best part of the property and easily accommodated our group (27) for meals. The sound barrier between the A and B units was very poor and, unfortunately, the 50+ person in the other unit was very loud well into the morning a few nights which was disruptive. "

"June 2022 Stay
My family has been vacationing as a huge group for decades and we adored so many features of the house. Everyone loved the movie theater and being able to all eat at one giant table in the kitchens. The multiple kitchen appliances were beyond convenient and we loved having a washer and dryer on each floor. The distance to the beach was great and having alternate parking options was super helpful.
We struggled with some small issues. The floors were very dirty when we arrived and left the bottoms of our feet black every day. Additionally, the rental came with a laundry list of "fees" we could acquire with the slightest mishap - Some seemed a bit ridiculous (e.g., $30 fine if makeup got on a washcloth) and we were nervous simply attempting to function as usual because so many fines were threatened.
In general, we thought the house was a great experience for the money and would definitely return."

"Smith family reunion
The rental was perfect for our purpose. Three large refrigerator/freezers provided the room needed to accomodate the item brought in by 30 + members. Havin2 full size stoves and dishwashers made food prep and cleanup much easier. Ceiling fans in the 14 bedrooms were appreciate as was the convenience of an attached bathroom in each. The kitchen easily accommodated 30 + people. The 2nf floor entertainment room allowed for both CDs as well as access to streaming such as Netflix. The 3rd floor game room with a pool table, shuffleboard and foosball gave the children (and parents) was welcoming. The uniwas a 5 minute walk to the broad white sandy beaches of Cherry Grove. Outdoor gas grills (bring your own tank) along with the pool and hot tupe allowed for those activities. And finally, having an elevator to service all floors made it handicap accessible."

"The Perfect Home away from Home!
This rental had enough space for everyone to be together and socially distance at the same time! The pictures don't do it justice. The rental was cleaned and ready before promised. The staff was amazing. Even the maintenance man was fantastic. The only set back was 4 bunk bed rooms instead of 5 and the pool was not cleaned before our arrival. However, it seemed to be cleaned during our stay. The theater room and game room were up and running as promised. The elevator is an added bonus making the experience even better. The caterers loved the kitchen space. The beach access is right across the street. I would stay here again and I would recommend this property to friends and relatives!"

"Wonderful Place for Large Families
Our family of 50 enjoyed our week together in this beautiful place. We found it very clean when we arrived and loved the location in Cherry Grove. Of course, everyone wants beach front, but we were happy to be close to the beach with easy access across the road. The smaller kids enjoyed the pool. I must admit we were disappointed when the hot tub didn't work because it had been hit by lightning. Some of the family thought we should have received some kind of refund for that problem. Also, I wasn't aware when I made the reservation how little space each room had to store things while there. Many of us lived out of suitcases. It is my understanding that they are trying to make sure each room has some sort of place to store clothes in the future. Some of ours already had snall closets placed in the rooms. Susan and the other ladies were very helpful in the office. Perfect for big families, wedding and reunions. I would recommend it highly."

"Great space for groups!
Our youth ministry rented this property for an annual summer retreat and loved it! While not on the beach, it is literally a one minute walk that is easy and fairly safe. It is located in a very safe area of Cherry Grove/North Myrtle Beach. We were very pleased with the accommodations, amenities and overall cleanliness of the property. The kitchen makes it easy to host meals in. We did have two minor inconveniences while staying at this property - the pool wasn't clean and the 3rd floor bedrooms didn't stay cool. Overall, we would come back and appreciated the help from Together Resorts. "

"Christmas Family Getaway
Together Resorts is the perfect holiday getaway spot. My family enjoyed our stay in 2017 and decided to do it again this year. Excellent property and management team, we rented both sides of the building and enjoyed our stay. What made it a success was the VERY quick response time from the Management company. Any issues that we had were addressed, communications was great (Phone, email and text message when needed).
