Together Resort at 5405 consists of 2 adjoining properties – Resort A and Resort B - accommodating up to 50 guests in one resort or up to 100 guests when reserved together as one.

Each property (each unit if duplex) has its own HVAC system with each floor having a separate system. Cancellation Policy - Properties are typically rented up to 2 years in advance due to the necessary time required in planning guest and guest invitee’s schedules. After booking a reservation, the property is no longer available to guests inquiring about those dates. There is no reasonable way of recapturing those guests. Reservations cancelled at least 180 days prior to arrival will receive a refund less the amount of the first night's rental. Reservations may not be cancelled within 180 days of arrival. However, if Together Resorts is able to re-rent the property for those dates, Together Resorts will apply a credit of that amount to the original reservation less one night's rental. If you find it necessary to cancel, please advise us as soon as possible so that we may have the best opportunity to remarket your dates.

"14 Bedroom Home in Myrtle Beach
I do couples retreats and this house was great because we needed 14 bedrooms for the couples and staff. Ever couple needed their own bathroom so that worked out well.
We loved the huge community table in the kitchen and the chef and Sous Chef loved all the stoves and refrigerators. We will rent here again. "

"Church Group Weekend
Great location and perfect for our group. Rental staff was a delight to work with. We used every space in the house for all intended purposes. Loved the parking underneath, but definitely needs more parking spaces for large groups. Loved the huge kitchen. That large of house could use an ice machine. "

"Great Stay!
We rented this home for a business getaway, and it fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen had a fruit fly infestation, there were some dirty dishes in the cabinets (but we always wash everything before using it anyway), and the dishwashers were hard to open/close due to some wear and tear, but everything else was great. The kitchen was perfect for our team building meal prep!"

My family loved this property and is still talking about it days after. The location was quiet yet close to food, and Walmart! There was plenty of space to spread out and enjoy each others company without being cramped. It was clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Great size for our retreat
I hosted a Ladies retreat for our church group. We had about 37 ladies attend and there was plenty of space for our group. There were a few issues, but the management was very quick to respond and easy to get ahold of. Kitchen was nicely equipped for everything that we needed and more. The elevator came in handy for some of our older ladies that didn't want to take the stairs. rooms were spacious and clean. beds are on the hard side... so take a foam topper if you can't do hard beds.
Everything was clean, and just as described. "

Proximity to the beach was great for not being an ocean front property. If deck area is important to you this house is not for you. The pool area was very small and in addition it was dirty hard to maintain for the property manager due to the construction and location of the pool. Be prepared to not be able to utilize the pool. There is run off from the other properties. "

"Great house for a large family
I rented this property for a large family vacation. The location is great - right across the street from the beach. The manager responded quickly and took care of a maintenance problem. The property was clean and spacious. However , it would be nice to have closets and a dresser/ chest of drawer in the rooms so that you can unpack. Kitchen was very well set up for a large group except no wine glasses or working can openers! "

It was amazing ! Together resorts really stepped up for us by working through some glitches in the place we were originally going to stay. They gave us another rental that was a step up for the same price! There were a couple of other setbacks but they immediately took care of them! Very professional and will definitely continue using them in the years ahead! I highly recommend them to anyone!!"

"5405 A N Ocean Blvc
For $16,800 for a week, you would expect much more. The pool was filthy almost the entire stay. It was cleaned one day, Wednesday. The rest of the stay it was filled with sand, because the property around the pool wasn’t leveled correctly. The elevator stopped working within the first hour of rental and wasn’t fixed until two days later. The Wi-Fi was only (barely) usable on the top floor. A recessed light in the kitchen filled up with water and was dripping dark water – we presumed it was waste water from one of the bathrooms in the upper levels. The property manager sent a service person to address the situation. The first person merely unsealed the light fixture, emptied the filthy water and left. The fixture filled again the next day, and again started leaking filthy water into the kitchen. This prompted another service call. This second service call found the problem, a leaking pipe in the wall from one of the toilets on the second floor. The problem was corrected and we were rewarded with no more “****” water dripping into our eating area of our $16k/week rental home. There were no trash cans at the property. After calling the property manager again (at this point it’s probably about 5 calls and three texts within our first 4 days of our stay at the $16k/week rental), we were informed that we would need to walk trash round the block to the trash compactor. With our good fortune, the property manager provided us with another grey cart to fill with trash. Two positives: 1) the kitchen was will appointed with three dishwashers, two ovens and three refrigerators; 2) the property managers were nice and professional. "
