Cancellation Policy - Properties are typically rented up to 2 years in advance due to the necessary time required in planning guest and guest invitee’s schedules. After booking a reservation, the property is no longer available to guests inquiring about those dates. There is no reasonable way of recapturing those guests. Reservations cancelled at least 180 days prior to arrival will receive a refund less the amount of the first night's rental. Reservations may not be cancelled within 180 days of arrival. However, if Together Resorts is able to re-rent the property for those dates, Together Resorts will apply a credit of that amount to the original reservation less one night's rental. If you find it necessary to cancel, please advise us as soon as possible so that we may have the best opportunity to remarket your dates.

"Uncomfortable
We have been happy with our stay at Together Resorts but this year was very uncomfortable and not worthy of our usual praise. We usually look forward to our winter-break from school to get needed rest, relaxation and rejuvenation to get back and get through the rest of the school year, however we left the resort stressed and tired from lack of sleep."

"Family Christmas Trip
Overall, the stay was decent. On one of the coldest night of the year we had no heat on the third floor. There was no blankets or extra spreads in the house. The next morning I called and reported that the heat was not working Mandy brought over one space heater for the entire floor. As the day went on it got colder in the house. I called Mandy back and asked when would they be out to fix the heater. She stated that she had called them and she was waiting to hear from them. So I asked for additional heaters, she told me she didn’t have anymore to bring over. I asked her if I bought space heaters would they reimburse me. She called me back and stated that they found two additional space heaters. When they brought the heaters over she stated that this it we don’t have anymore. In my mind she basically meant if these don’t help the you all are out of luck. No one ever came to fix the heater during our stay.
The furniture in the theater room looks OK but when you sit on the sofas, there’s very little cushion in them. The devices in the theater room needs to be brought up-to-date so they can be hooked up wirelessly. We wanted to stream movies in and have movie night, but we couldn’t do it . Two of the toilets ran all night.
The shower door kept coming off track in the master bathroom. The TVs constantly had to be rebooted because they kept shutting off or once they were turned off they wouldn’t work.
Refrigerators were missing drawers and are badly beat up.
The house was clean. Other than the items mentioned above it was a good stay. "

"Over priced vacation rental
Pros - 11 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms was awesome. The kitchen and layout especially the theater room was great.
Cons - This property was definitely overpriced and cheap material ie, shower doors doors was cheaply installed alone with shower heads. Low water pressure in the bathroom. There are two fire places that was only for show because they wasn't hooked up to the gas line according to maintenance. They wanted additional money to use the outside hot tub alone with heating the pool also the same to use the gas grills. You would think that it would be included in the cost. There was only one master remote control for all the televisions, so trying to get them all online was a challenge. There's three fridges but only one was hooked up for ice maker and water, so during Thanksgiving imthat was awful not having ice, and the water dispenser was barely coming out. The parking was a problem because both units was rented during our stay. The drive way had several puddles of standing water from the rain. It needs to be graded and paved. Light fixtures in the bathrooms was cheap and falling down. Four of the dining room chairs was already broken. Maintenance came out twice because the kitchen sink was leaking water and agreed that the owner refused to spend money for quality materials while fixing broken items."

"Friendsgiving in Myrtle Beach
Held a Friendsgiving event in MB of 10 people. Perfectly-sized kitchen for a large event. House had plenty of space for all of us. We really enjoyed using the theater room to watch football over the weekend. We payed for the heated hot tub and pool, which was an excellent choice. Outstanding customer service -- incredibly responsive during our stay. Overall, a really fun week, and the house was a great fit."

"House Need Updates
Okay. Floors in living room & kitchen needs to be redone, mold on shower curtain, sofa chair & pillows unraveling, media room equipment needs to be updated, pool & elevator didn’t work most of our week there. Dryers in 2nd floor damaged clothes die to the lent filter. Mandy was very responsive when a storm knocked out internet & cable. "

"CLATIC 2021
23 Church ladies from Winnsboro, SC. Overall it was an excellent trip. The accommodations were outstanding. There were a couple of issues, 2 bath tubs were clogged, and there were problems with the elevator (the ladies unclogged the tubs that contained a large blob of hair; the elevator issue was handled quickly and professionally by the staff.
OVERALL: we had a wonderful time, and we highly recommend this house at 225A 20th avenue to anyone who wants to have a grand experience at North Myrtle Beach, SC"

"Wedding reception venue/stay for guests
We booked this house as to have our small wedding reception at, as well as to double as a house for our guests (that were almost all from out of state) to stay at. "Disappointed
The rental is a wonderful size for big families. Really expensive. It’s false advertisement . It says that you have a hot tub which you do but they don’t tell you that you have to pay 50 more dollars per day to use. We paid almost 14,000.00 for a week and couldn’t use the hot tub . The floors were dirty. They had made it sound like with Covid the house would be exceptionally clean and it wasn’t. Just very disappointed."

"Spacious and accommodating
We came down for a Ripken experience tourney and the entire team stayed in the property. It was perfect for what we were needing. There was plenty of room in the house and the walk to the beach was easy with the public beach access. We had to entire house to our self so it was nice to not have to worry about cars and belongings underneath the house. "Huge Friends and Family Weekend
Everything was fantastic with our stay with Together Resorts! We had almost 30 ppl including half of them children and everyone was able to have their own space and have a great time! The theater room was amazing...Excellent entertainment for kids and adults. The property and beds were clean and comfortable. The Together Resort Staff was absolutly fantastic, always helpful and when we had a problem with the theater sound they went out of their way, off hours to come and help us! "Golf vacation with the fellas

"Guys Weekend
We had a goupd 18 guys (some came and went). Some of us are dads, some of us are married, all of us are getting older. We decided to have a long weekend of grilling, beach, pool, and catching up on old times.
Right from the get go, Together resorst was helpful and engaged. I left a voicemail before reserving witha question, and got a return call within a few hours... on a Saturday. After a brief conversation, they suggested a few properties and we found one that workded for us.
After making the reservation, we recieved regular emails with good info and the portal was very helpful.
The house was in an amazing location, clean and well furnished. We had an amazing time and Together Resorts helped make it even better.

Fantastic! The house manager is exceptional! The resort is ideal and accommodated our family very well! We definitely will be back. "Golf Trip. First visit.
A very, very, nice property. We rented both A & B units. Upon arrival the property manager was there to meet us. She was very courteous, showed us the units, and answered all our questions. It was very helpful to have someone there to give us the layout of the property.
The bedrooms, baths, kitchen, theater rooms, and living spaces were all clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen was stocked with enough equipment to prepare full restaurant style meals.
All of our group was very impressed with the property. I would highly recommend it to anyone. We will be back next year!"

My family and I loved the house. It was exactly what was expected! It was clean and basic essentials were supplied. Unfortunately, there was a storm the day before we arrived so the cable was out when we arrived. Ms Randy had a technician there the next afternoon and it was repaired. The jacuzzi and pool was perfect with the grill outdoors. Our jacuzzi and pool did not heat up one night but our neighbors were nice enough to share theirs. Kitchen was stocked with a need for nothing. Very nice dishes, pots, serving dishes and all kinds of appliances. The theatre room was also a very nice touch but they are couches not futons so plan sleeping arrangements accordingly. It was perfect for the kids. House was clean and location was perfect!"

"80th birthday weekend stay
We chose this house to celebrate my Mother's birthday. There were 22 of us ranging in age from 80 years old - 2 years old. Randy met us at the house to check in and was very pleasant and accommodating. We prepared and ate all our meals in the house. The kitchen with its 3 refrigerators, multiple ovens, ample silverware, dishes, glasses ,two dishwashers, two coffee makers and espresso machine served us well. The two fireplaces were not in working condition however that did not affect our stay. We enjoyed the movie room with its surround sound, comfortable couches and projector. There was an elevator that helpful to get my Mother to get to the movie room. The pool table on the main floor was a source of entertainment for all. The house was perfect for a family reunion and accurately portrayed as in the pictures and description. "

We recently rented Property A for our family Beach Week. There were 32 of us and it was perfect. We all had plenty of space and being a bunch of foodies that cook during vacation, we were blown away by the well stocked kitchen. Not your usual beach house cookware, they had real knives, real pots, etc. The location was great and very convenient to get to the store and of course the beach. We had plenty of space to enjoy the house. The next door property was not rented during our stay, so we never had issues with sharing the outside pool area. There's two pools, one for each side. I imagine that if both sides were rented though, that it would have felt crowded. Love the house and we will book again if we return to Myrtle Beach! "

We had a great time at this resort. It is located in a quiet part of North Myrtle Beach with plenty to do around it. We had plenty of room and the amenities there were very nice. Especially pleased with the kitchen amenities to be able to cook for all those people. Had some things happen beyond their control like parking issues and cable/internet out, but they were very responsive to us. My only complaint is that it needs to be cleaned better upon arrival."

"Baffled
This Vacation Rental is BEAUTIFUL. A little expensive but definitely worth every penny. Unfortunately, our stay wasn't so Pleasant and Relaxing. This home sleeps 35 comfortably, but we were unaware we can only have 7 cars. When we arrived the Manager informed us we are allowed to make two rows for parking against the fence, to allow two rows for parking for the guests staying next to us. Wtbs, our neighbors complain CONSTANTLY to the Manager about parking. The Manager called my personal cell three times and left two very rude voicemails. When I called back to explain we parked on our designated sides, she rushed me off the phone. Shortly after, the Owner called my personal cell to reinforce complaints from earlier. We truly felt unwelcome and heartbroken. We planned this trip for 3months, and within a blink of an eye, it was ruined!
On top of the disrespect, every guest complained their bed squeaks, the pool is not heated, the hot tub stays heated for only an hour, the elevator is small and not handy."

"Perfect destination for a high school baseball team
My Myrtle Beach Retreat was the perfect place for our team of 14 players and 14 family members. We stayed in Unit A The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly want or need. Dina, the owner, certainly knows how to make you feel welcomed, and we were well taken care of! You do need to bring your linens for the theater room if you are using the futons for sleeping. Our boys are already talking about going back next year!! You cannot go wrong staying here. The heated pool, jacuzzi, pool table, arcade games, theater room (our boys hooked up an X-Box to the big screen and loved it) and easy beach access make this the best destination at Myrtle Beach!"
