Cancellation Policy - Properties are typically rented up to 2 years in advance due to the necessary time required in planning guest and guest invitee’s schedules. After booking a reservation, the property is no longer available to guests inquiring about those dates. There is no reasonable way of recapturing those guests. Reservations cancelled at least 180 days prior to arrival will receive a refund less the amount of the first night's rental. Reservations may not be cancelled within 180 days of arrival. However, if Together Resorts is able to re-rent the property for those dates, Together Resorts will apply a credit of that amount to the original reservation less one night's rental. If you find it necessary to cancel, please advise us as soon as possible so that we may have the best opportunity to remarket your dates.

Only problem we had was that we could not depend on the elevator. It got stuck between floors 3x. We had a few family members that had a hard time with steps. The staff was very helpful but we still had to reset the fuses a few times. A minor issue was that the outdoor shower didn’t work. I would highly recommend this rental. The kitchen and the pool table couch area was absolutely the hang out for 37 people. Unfortunately, the elevator in the house was very rickety and felt unsafe so we chose not to use it at all. That probably needs to be checked out. Also the two refrigerators next to each other on the end, the inside one next to the countertop, the icemaker and water dispenser was not working at all. We definitely needed two refrigerators that were making ice properly. The ninja blender is broken so we were unable to use that. The company that you are currently using is not mopping the floors whatsoever... the floors were black, as we all walked around the first day without shoes are feet were absolutely disgusting.... I had spoken to someone the week before and the property was vacant that week so I know that no one was in there which means that they didn’t clean them properly after the last family stayed. I could send you pictures of the bottoms of our feet all week. It was pretty gross. Even using a swiffer would’ve helped. we left the house in excellent condition and would have been able to do a little more cleaning if there were more cleaning products available. The outside railing by the main Kitchen door was very wobbly and needs to be checked out. The showerhead by the pool was broken and the spickets we’re not working very well at all. The couch upholstery in the kitchen area was heavily stained, and probably could use some cleaning. Just some insight moving forward, but we had an amazing vacation and creative memories for a lifetime!" We had 43 people, 31 adults and 12 children, stay in this house for one week. We were a bit worried that we would feel crowded, but we never did. The house was definitely large enough for all of us. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom and we used the room with the bunk beds, dubbed "The Dorm", for the older kids. The kitchen/living room area was a great space to gather each morning. Plenty of room to cook and sit at the large table. Everything needed to prepare and cook meals was available. The theater room was perfect for the kids and the game area was a hit. Having 2 washers and dryers on each level was great. The outdoor space was perfect for us. There was a private pool and hot tub with 2 gas grills. We also used the parking area under the house for several corn hole games and a birthday celebration. More than enough room! The beach was easily accessible with a short walk across the street. 2 grocery stores were only a few minutes drive and there were several bars and restaurants close by. The elevator did not work so I contacted Melissa and she had someone come over right away. They quickly repaired it and we never had a problem again. The grills did not initially have propane tanks and Melissa took care of that as well. She immediately returned my messages and resolved the issues. I did rate this property an overall 5 stars, however, there were a few small issues. When I called to make payments or with questions I was not able to speak with someone directly. We played phone tag for awhile each time. 2 of the 3 refrigerators had ice makers, but they did not work well. Some days it never made ice. An ice machine would have been better. While the house was clean, some of the ceiling fans had quite a lot of dust on them as did the window blinds. I would absolutely recommend this property for a large gathering. The A/C was not working, A shower head had been broken and not repaired before our arrival, two of the dishwashers had issues with the doors, and the shuffle board table was so loose that one of the guys in my group had to fix it so it did not collapse on anyone. We were advised several times, before we arrived, about the parking and made every effort to adhere to the rules. The group in the unit next to ours did not. Ever time we left, they would move a car into our spot. At one point, they had 11 vehicles in the parking lot, and my 80 year old, elderly parents had to park up the street and walk down. It is indeed a large property, but large & luxury are not equivalent. list of items noted during our first 2 days: -elevator does not function properly-requires someone pushing the door closed from the outside -handicap accessible room is not accessible: toilet is low to the ground; it has a tub in place that does not allow for wheel or walk-in showering for someone with limited mobility. Wider door frames and 3 handrails do not qualify as accessible -grate not secure on shower floor -shower heads directed toward the door/too high, not adjustable (without fear of breaking them), water directed outside of shower door -holes in ceilings where fire sprinklers are located -TV boxes shoved behind TVs instead of placed on a mount so you have to walk the remote parallel to the wall/TV to make it work (or those that have the boxes propped on top of the tv falling forward repeatedly) -middle dishwasher doesn't stay open/falls forward with door opening -kitchen cabinet without handle -kitchen drawer striking & loosening cabinet handle with opening -dumpster is broken -outdoor shower not finished/available -no available hot tub controls for spa function / pool light not functioning -unfinished plywood beds -holes in walls/paint splattered in showers/stickers still on sinks update, since no one has responded to my emails: -4th day without wifi. someone was here yesterday but still no wifi, & no one has returned yet -internet was functional on our 5th day & the plumber identified the unfinished work that lead to the water coming through the ceiling into the bedroom & why the sink was leaking.
