Cancellation Policy - Properties are typically rented up to 2 years in advance due to the necessary time required in planning guest and guest invitee’s schedules. After booking a reservation, the property is no longer available to guests inquiring about those dates. There is no reasonable way of recapturing those guests. Reservations cancelled at least 180 days prior to arrival will receive a refund less the amount of the first night's rental. Reservations may not be cancelled within 180 days of arrival. However, if Together Resorts is able to re-rent the property for those dates, Together Resorts will apply a credit of that amount to the original reservation less one night's rental. If you find it necessary to cancel, please advise us as soon as possible so that we may have the best opportunity to remarket your dates.

"Great space, great location, great communication
60 second walk to the sand! Each room with its own bathroom, huge kitchen with 3 refrigerator/freezers and 3 dishwashers! Things to keep the kids entertained! They LOVED the media room! And a great table to eat at and play card games at! This building has 40-50 people in it week after week after week, things are going to break, but their response time and commitment to fix things is just unmatched! Literally the best communication from any place I’ve ever stayed! Highly recommended! "

"Best Family Reunion!
We hosted our annual family reunion at this location and we couldn’t have asked for a better place! We had plenty of space and everything we needed to keep everyone happy! "Great place for a family reunion
We filled up this house with extended family for a week-long reunion. The hosts were prompt in answering all my pre-arrival questions, listing photos were accurate, so we had no surprises. The house served us great: right across the street from the beach, a large, well-stocked kitchen with plenty of large mixing and serving bowls, multiple appliances (3 dishwashers got a workout!), lots of couches in multiple locations so everyone could find seats, and a pool table that got a 24/7 workout. Other than a couple minor maintenance issues that we turned in, the only things I'd suggest improving are to fix the HVAC/clean the filters so the kitchen/living area doesn't get hotter than the bedrooms, and more ice-generating capacity. "

"Family Reunion Beach Vacation
The location was as promised, 100 ft from beach; the house is large, w/ elevator which was great for loading and unloading guests; beds were comfortable. Keith the pool guy was fabulous -- came every day to evaluate the pool. Maintenance was needed day one and they were responsive to fix a shower and stair railing. A few housekeeping tips were needed: Dryers need new lint filters (they snag clothes); washers had mold; the grills outside need wire brushes and lacked cleanliness. The pool table and poker table were awesome entertainment but need more pool sticks. Kitchen was well equipped and supported our family of 25. Overall this is a great property, in a good location! PS Susan the property manager was Top Shelf -- answered questions and was very supportive ... we will tall Together Resorts again if we are in Myrtle Beach!"

The property was the correct size and the amenities were fine. The property needs to be painted, deep cleaned and furniture needs to be replaced as it is worn. Extermination needed visual rat traps unappealing and in house gnats or flies unappealing.

"Outstanding Home
I highly recommend Together Resorts. The location in Myrtle Beach was outstanding. Immaculate, well equipped (the kitchen was phenomenal - we lacked for nothing in terms of equipment, dishes, utensils, etc.) and plenty of room. Susan was awesome to work with and very responsive. Each room with its own bath was a blessing given that it was a group of women LOL. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!"

"Very nice vacation
House was clean, pool was a nice size and beautifully maintained. Kitchen was spacious and included many amenities. We really enjoyed the media room, pool table, rooms were clean and comfortable. everything looked just like the pictures online. The resort staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. A few minor maintenance issues that didn't affect our stay, and my wife said the shower heads were too high. Overall, quite lovely. "

"MYRTLE BEACH VACA 2021
Together Resorts was amazing, I can not say it enough!!! They were there for us when our family vacation in Florida was cancelled. My family had two homes reserved in Destin Florida, that were cancelled by the management company (not Together Resorts). The second home was cancelled 1 week before we were to arrive and put back on VRBO for $2000 more. We were able to find a house in Myrtle Beach through Together Resorts. At this time I explained my situation to Sharon from Together Resorts. Sharon went above and beyond to make our vacation wonderful. Sharon with Together Resorts was very professional and such a pleasure to deal with. Our home was great, it had everything we needed and them some. I would highly recommend Together Resorts and Sharon!!! I will definitely use them again. "

We enjoyed the house to the fullest,up to date,fully stocked with all the cooking utensils, plenty of dinnerware and the house was clean .Plenty of room and for everyone to enjoy a movie on the big screen
The Man watched Sports on one screen and Women watched Movies on the other,the Entertainment rooms are a big plus,Pool and Foosball table had the women winning.All around we recommend this house and hope everyone else will enjoy it to.Melissa from Together Resort ,thank u ."

"Together Resorts to the Rescue!
We were scheduled to take a large church group to Gulf Shores on the day Sally hit. The people we dealt with were wonderful about helping to accommodate us last minute. The house was close enough to the beach to be convenient and the accommodations were top of the line. The kitchen and game areas were very spacious and wonderfully furnished. The entire place was very clean. My only suggestion would be to put at least one shelf in the rooms that don't have one. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!! "

"Amazing House, Amazing Location and Perfect Stay
Everything about this home was perfect. From the original booking done a year in advance, to payment, to help needed during our stay and to checkout, the staff was fantastic and easy to work with.
We had 21 adults and two kids and everyone had their own room and bathroom. The showers were great and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fantastic and having a table where we could all sit was awesome. The pool provided a great spot to hangout after a day at the beach (a mere 600 ft away). The living room off the kitchen gave us a great place to sit and talk and the pool table, cinema and game room gave us even more places to have fun.
The house was in great shape and the location was IDEAL. "

"Dirty
Although this house was perfect for our group, the first night we had a major water leak, management was quick to get out there the next morning and figure what it was leaking as well as clean the floors. We had multiple beds that had used sheets on them. We did not realize this until we were stripping the bed after our stay. There were blood stains at the bottom of the sheets that also we’re on the mattress pad in the same spots. They were also beds that sand and had not been stripped in kids rooms. The floors were gritty from the beginning. We had a great time and the house was perfect for our group BUT We felt disgusting when we took the sheets off the bed after our stay. I have tried to contact but no response yet regarding this. They should at least reimburse our cleaning fee because clearly it was not done and we slept on DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY SHEETS!!!!"

"team meeting
overall a great house and location. We had 20 people there for 4 nights. We were not able to use the hot tub for 2 nights because it would not heat. We finally called and they fixed it but this should be working. The pool was never cleaned - there was a lot of sand in it when we got there. I called and asked for it to be cleaned the 2nd day and it was never cleaned during the 5 days we were there. I also had to call for hand soap which was missing from each of the bathrooms - they delivered this same day. There were no casserole dishes in the house nor was there a bottle opener. Oh and we couldn't find a mop either. But other than that, the house and ammenities were as expected. "

"Bare Bones House
Below is what i would have wanted to know before renting the house.
The good:
location-directly across the street from a beach entrance. NOTE: they are building a house directly in front of this one so there is NO view outside of construction.
kitchen-big, multiples of dishwashers etc v helpful
media room-fits a large number of people, great for movie night
game room-kids had a ball up here. particularly at the poker table but bring your own chips/cards
The bad:
cheaply built-doors are thin, plumbing is cheap (shower heads with holes around it in the walls etc)
bedrooms have no dressers or closets, a couple of tacky white wire shelves with a few hangers. You will be living out of your suitcase.
zero amenities-no hairdryers/beach chairs/umbrellas/games/beach/pool toys. Literally nothing except what you bring with you."
