Cancellation Policy - Properties are typically rented up to 2 years in advance due to the necessary time required in planning guest and guest invitee’s schedules. After booking a reservation, the property is no longer available to guests inquiring about those dates. There is no reasonable way of recapturing those guests. Reservations cancelled at least 180 days prior to arrival will receive a refund less the amount of the first night's rental. Reservations may not be cancelled within 180 days of arrival. However, if Together Resorts is able to re-rent the property for those dates, Together Resorts will apply a credit of that amount to the original reservation less one night's rental. If you find it necessary to cancel, please advise us as soon as possible so that we may have the best opportunity to remarket your dates.

It was wonderful. The only downside is the beds were not comfortable for anyone. And the water took a long time to get hot even though they have two tankless water heaters. The house is more than spacious with plenty to do from the pool table, a TV in nearly every room, the pool/hot tub....you name it. There are three refrigerators, two full stoves, and plenty of seats at the table for everyone. The location is close to almost everything and also close enough to major highways to get where you need to in a reasonable time. The couch, stairs and the beds were completely stained, walls scuffed in every room. There was leftover food and garbage found underneath furniture from the last guests and dirty bathrooms in most of the rooms. The worst part was the outside area around the pool. The bricks made sink holes you had to avoid while walking around the pool and also walking into the pool. The hand railing that is there to assist you walking into the pool is completely useless, as it is not secured down and has three small pieces of wood keeping it from falling down. Both of these things were a huge hazard as we had a handful of children with us. They have a list of HUGE fines they wanted us to pay if one thing would be out of order when we left but they don’t seem to care about the upkeep of the rental so I don’t see how that’s very fair. Couches stained and dirty. Place overall is not being maintained well. Their response to minor problems was very good. In the 12 years the family has gotten together, this is the one we wouldn’t return to.
