You have plenty of seating in the living area, and the kitchen comes equipped with all the appliances and kitchen accessories you need to cook in while on vacation. There is a pull-out sofa in the living area to accommodate more sleeping arrangements. The bedroom has a queen bed and connects to the bathroom area. You can spend some time doing some front porch sitting and listen as the waves crash along the shore or people watch along Ocean Boulevard. Another way to beat the heat is to check out the pool located across the street. If you love lounging and playing on the beach all day and enjoy long walks on the beach in evening, you don’t want to miss out on this piece of heaven. The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.
House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

"Weekend getaway
This unit was in a good location, easy access to the beach. Communication with rental company was very efficient, unit was clean, good for a weekend. Corner unit with nice outdoor space. View of ocean in between homes across the street.
If you have any chemical sensitivity, this isn't the unit for you. 3 air fresheners for a unit this small is WAY too many.
Mattress needs replaced."

The unit was very clean, and in a good location from the beach. Maintenance was very helpful, when we needed to call them. The only thing was we didn’t have any hot water for showers. But our over all stay was great."

"Great Rental - Great Location
We were pleasantly surprised with the unit. It was clean and comfortable. We were worried about the A/C having read previous reviews but the unit worked just fine! We brought a fan with us to help move the cold air into the bedroom. We didn’t have any issues using the pool.
The only complaint is the condo had a musty smell.
Management company was great to work with!"

We loved it. Great location with a short walk to the beach. They have a water hose right beside the steps to wash off with and one parking place per room. The porch was a very sandy when we arrived and the dishes wasn’t very clean but other than that it was great. The property manger was awesome! "

"Best vacation rental experience
Check in was super easy! Location was amazing! 30 second walk and you’re on the beach. Sleeper sofa is not good for an adult. Not comfy but not sure any sleeper sofa is lol. Clean upon arrival and temperature stayed consistent throughout our stay. Bedroom stays slightly warmer than the rest of the place but to be expected with a. Window unit in the kitchen. Highly recommend this rental company and the rental itself as well. "

"Needs new furniture and shower sprays cold water
The bed was terrible. There are two mattress pads on top of the matters in attempts to make it better but they make you sink into the bed. The couch also was worn out and you sunk into the cushions. The entire place is cooled with a window AC unit that cannot be turned below 73 or it will freeze up. The bedroom was very warm since it had no direct AC. The pool has strict rules and the other people in the condo complex glare at you if you make noise. No balls or nets allowed in the pool. You have to use the key to get in and out of the pool. Also driving 30+ min past the place to pick up the keys was inconvenient. A key pad on the door would be recommended. The floor in the place was sticky and felt very dirty. I left a day early because the bed was so uncomfortable. "
