This Condo is located in the front of the K building with an open hallway overlooking office and sports amenities. Free equipment for these may be checked out in the office which also includes a lending library of books, puzzles and brochures. There are also excellent walking trails nearby and easily assessible. This oceanfront complex is full of fun with the only outdoor pool with a waterslide in Atlantic Beach. Other amenities include indoor pool, tennis & basketball courts, miniature golf and shuffleboard. Fun for the whole family!

1. Damage Protection Insurance – For an additional $79.00, this plan covers up to $3,000 in unintentional damages to the rental unit that may occur during your stay. Report the damage to us, we’ll take care of the rest!
2. Security Deposit - $500 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

Pets Not Allowed
In the event of a cancellation by Tenant, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made by Tenant, less an administration fee of $100.00 if the Premises are re-rented on terms set forth herein. If the Premises are not re-rented on the terms set forth herein, Tenant will not be entitled to a refund of any rent payment made hereunder. Whether or not the Premises are re-rented, Tenant, rather than Agent, shall be responsible for seeking reimbursement of any fees paid by Tenant to Agent for goods, services, or benefits procured by Agent from third parties for the benefit of Tenant that may have been paid out prior to Tenant’s cancellation.

We had a great time and the condo was great! The staff at the condo was awesome and the lady that we spoke with at the agency was very sweet and helpful. It was my 2 daughters and my mom on this trip. The indoor and outdoor pools were great! "

"nice property
We loved the property and location. Although we didnt get a chance to use all the amenities at the condo. The outdoor pool was awesome and the beach wasnt crowded. The only complaint I had at the outdoor pool was if there were to many kids they would shut down the pool for 15 mins for adults only to supposedly make kids take breaks but who is to say that they all have to go at the same time. It was stupid and disappointing. The condo room was nice and comfy and worked for what we needed. The complaints for the condo was that the water was not turned on and it took a little while to find and the company had no idea where the turn on was either. The other downside is that the hot water tank is not big enough, we had to take plenty of cold/cool showers. I don't feel that the list of amenities were accurate or thorough. We asked if there was a blow dryer and said no and there was. It said coin laundry to but never once mentioned that there was a washer and dryer in the unit. overall we loved the property, we may try to find another condo unit that was closer to the beach but if we had to rent this one again I would. "
