In the event of a cancellation by Tenant, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made by Tenant, less an administration fee of $100.00 if the Premises are re-rented on terms set forth herein. If the Premises are not re-rented on the terms set forth herein, Tenant will not be entitled to a refund of any rent payment made hereunder. Whether or not the Premises are re-rented, Tenant, rather than Agent, shall be responsible for seeking reimbursement of any fees paid by Tenant to Agent for goods, services, or benefits procured by Agent from third parties for the benefit of Tenant that may have been paid out prior to Tenant’s cancellation.

The washing machine stopped draining correctly, repair man came 21/2 days after I notified the office of the problem. His diagnostics test was unable to identify the problem, my son suggested he clean out the trap-found a dollar bill and change in there-after removed worked correctly. The condo was dirty, baseboards (white) had not been wiped in a long while. The furnance/air conditioning air-intake grill was covered in dust. This condo needs a huge pot for boiled seafood meals. The coffee pot carafe did not fit correctly and had to be forced into place-splling coffee when full carafe replaced on machine. The king-sized bed was GREAT! Would love new seating on deck that is high (bar height) so that while sitting there it would be possible to have an unobstructed view of ocean. The indoor pool needs some repair and cleaning. The cement has separated in some spots with green algae growing in the gaps, it has been like this for a number of years now-time to get it renovated! There was always an event or activity for the children, but that also meant it was never quiet. My son is 5 years old and he had the best vacation ever. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. Great view of the pool. It rained a lot while we were there and the subdivision does not have a drainage system in place to drain away excess rain water.
