The glass doors open completely to unify the expansive patio and the luxury living and dining spaces inside. The chef's kitchen is stocked with top of the line appliances. The home gym is fully stocked with any equipment you should need to stick with your exercise plan. You can also take advantage of the running path that encircles the property for those HITT workouts. This property is regularly set for 8 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 12 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Cancellation Policy: If cancellation occurs, the parties agree that it would be difficult to determine actual damages and due to the uniqueness of the property, it would be unlikely to resell the Property in the event of a cancellation. Therefore, Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the agrees that the following cancellation fee schedule applies to any Guest cancellation following Reservation Confirmation:

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund.

Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

No refunds within 14 days.
