Villas:
• Before 31 days of arrival date we will refund the initial payment after the forfeiture of the booking processing fee plus tax and the Credit Card fee plus tax if applicable.
• Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
• The Booking Processing Fee plus tax and Credit Card fee plus tax are non-refundable.

Homes:
• Before 61 days of arrival date we will refund the initial payment after the forfeiture of the booking processing fee plus tax and the Credit Card fee plus tax if applicable.
• Between 60 and 31 days prior forfeiture of 50% of the total booking charges.
• Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
• The Booking Processing Fee plus tax and Credit Card fee plus tax are non-refundable.

Long Stay Reservations – reservations for 28 days or more.
• Before 91 Days of arrival date we will refund the initial payment after the forfeiture of the booking processing fee plus tax and the Credit Card fee plus tax if applicable.
• Inside 60 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
• The Booking Processing Fee plus tax and Credit Card fee plus tax are non-refundable.

Trip Preservation –We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. If Guest has purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement will be subject to the policy terms and conditions. The travel insurance agreement is between Guest and the Policy Provider. Island Time Hilton Head is not the policy provider, Rental Guardian Insurance Services is the holder.
• If selected, the travel insurance premium is charged at the time of selection and is nonrefundable.

Early Departures and No Shows - No refunds for early departures or no-shows. If you have purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement will be subject to the policy terms and conditions.

Storms - There are no refunds given for cancelation or interruption of your stay due to an event of inclement weather including: a tropical storm, tropical depression, hurricane, or named storm, and all payments will be forfeited. If Guest has purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement is between you and the insurance company and will be subject to the policy terms and conditions.

Cancellation Refund Schedule –The Cancellation Policy is binding at the time of booking; as outlined in Reservation Confirmation, failure to complete the rental agreement does not exclude Guest from responsibilities of the Cancellation Policy.

Everyone loved that there was a king size bed for every couple. The only downfall that we really had was the fact that there was scaffolding up and it just didn’t make for picture taking very easy. The staff at Island time is exceptional!!! My only complaint would be that the outdoor furniture could use a really good cleaning and the carpets need cleaned on the inside." We’ve stayed at the Seacrest complex for over 10 years and Seacrest 1013 is perfect when you need extra space. The living area can accommodate large groups. There was 11 of us which includes 4 little ones. This unit along with its adjoining unit is beautifully designed and has everything you need. I was shocked to find a pack n play available as well. They have beach items that can been used also. The only thing is that the appliances are not as user friendly as someone may be used to. Once you figure them out, they are wonderful. We had a few issues come up, but with just a phone call, they were addressed immediately by Island Time, which was wonderful. The only thing I didn’t like was having to leave!! Bikes were welcome in the area. We were close to several children play areas, too. The parking was easy.Island Time Hilton Head was prompt in returning calls for the minor and/or solvable problems such as learning how to make the dishwasher work." We loved being able to walk to all of the restaurants and shops...we were in the middle of everything. The main unit was beautifully decorated and well maintained. All high end appliances were a little tricky but we figured them out. The only negatives that we had were the late check in and the kind of long walk to the beach and pool....but that helped to get my steps in. Overall, everything was delightful." We loved the convenience of the pool bar for food & drink. The unit 101 & 103 together comfortably accommodated our family of 12. My husband is in a wheelchair and the elevator made it possible for him to enter the unit. Unfortunately, though, the showers are not handicap usable nor are the toilets.We loved the view from the large deck. Our major complaint was even though the bathrooms & kitchen were clean the FLOORS WERE VERY DIRTY and one of the showers only had scalding hot water. Maintenance did respond in 2 days but fortunately there were other showers that could be used. At our request, they were going to wait until we checked out to repair it."
