As you enter the front door into a small foyer, you will notice the very nice plank-style flooring. To the left is a guest bedroom with two queen beds, a bench seat, and an accent chair. The sliding doors open to a private covered balcony where there are two high-top Adirondack chairs to enjoy the views of the resort lagoons, pool, and ocean. This bedroom also has a private bathroom with a double granite-topped vanity and a large walk-in shower. Just off the foyer to the right, you'll find the second bedroom, thoughtfully furnished with two full-size beds and a cozy accent chair. This room offers convenient access to the adjacent hall bathroom, which features a double vanity, a luxurious soaking tub, and a spacious walk-in shower. As you move beyond the foyer, you’re welcomed into a bright and beautiful open space featuring the kitchen and living area. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a sleek flat-top stove. A cozy kitchen nook offers a high-top table for two, plus two additional seats at the countertop, perfect for casual meals or conversation. The living room invites you to relax with a comfortable sectional and two rocking chairs, surrounded by large windows that flood the space with sunlight and showcase stunning ocean views. Just beyond the living room and kitchen is the dining room, featuring a glass-topped table that seats six against a striking mirror accent wall. Adjacent to the kitchen is the master bedroom, complete with a king bed and a stylish accent chair. Sliding doors open onto the balcony, which is also accessible from the living room. Out here, you’ll find two chairs and a high-top table for two, an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The ensuite bathroom features a double granite vanity and a spacious walk-in shower, adding a touch of luxury to your retreat. The Sea Crest Resort is located just steps from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and offers a variety of amenities, such as two oceanfront pools, a hot tub, a children’s pool, a fitness center, and beautifully landscaped gardens. • Before 31 days of arrival date we will refund the initial payment after the forfeiture of the booking processing fee plus tax and the Credit Card fee plus tax if applicable.
• Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
• The Booking Processing Fee plus tax and Credit Card fee plus tax are non-refundable.

Homes:
• Before 61 days of arrival date we will refund the initial payment after the forfeiture of the booking processing fee plus tax and the Credit Card fee plus tax if applicable.
• Between 60 and 31 days prior forfeiture of 50% of the total booking charges.
• Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
• The Booking Processing Fee plus tax and Credit Card fee plus tax are non-refundable.

Long Stay Reservations – reservations for 28 days or more.
• Before 91 Days of arrival date we will refund the initial payment after the forfeiture of the booking processing fee plus tax and the Credit Card fee plus tax if applicable.
• Inside 60 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
• The Booking Processing Fee plus tax and Credit Card fee plus tax are non-refundable.

Trip Preservation –We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. If Guest has purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement will be subject to the policy terms and conditions. The travel insurance agreement is between Guest and the Policy Provider. Island Time Hilton Head is not the policy provider, Rental Guardian Insurance Services is the holder.
• If selected, the travel insurance premium is charged at the time of selection and is nonrefundable.

Early Departures and No Shows - No refunds for early departures or no-shows. If you have purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement will be subject to the policy terms and conditions.

Storms - There are no refunds given for cancelation or interruption of your stay due to an event of inclement weather including: a tropical storm, tropical depression, hurricane, or named storm, and all payments will be forfeited. If Guest has purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement is between you and the insurance company and will be subject to the policy terms and conditions.

Cancellation Refund Schedule –The Cancellation Policy is binding at the time of booking; as outlined in Reservation Confirmation, failure to complete the rental agreement does not exclude Guest from responsibilities of the Cancellation Policy.

The condo was very spacious for 6; it would be tight with more than 6. The condo had fantastic views of the laguna outside of the balcony as well as the great ocean front. It was well stocked with everything we needed, including a Keurig and blender. It's conveniently located directly across the street from Coligny Shopping Center. A 2 min walk to the beach, pool, shopping and eating locations. The parking garage is located under the condo but it spans the entire complex and the entrance is on the opposite side - with no signage in the garage, this created a bit of confusion on where to park but once we figured it out it was easy. Part of why we wanted this condo was the view of the property, pool and then the ocean. We were not advised the lagoon and water feature were drained. The other issue was the water coming up from the floor in one of the closets. It was a slow leak. That and bathroom toilets that kept running. We called the property management and they sent out maintenance. Neither the floor nor the toilets were fixed. We didn’t use that closet during our stay. When the amenities state what’s available in the kitchen, that’s it. There were no filters for the coffee maker, no aluminum foil or plastic wrap or things like that. So, pack those items for your stay. The management company was responsive and helpful. The concierge service provided great recommendations. Even when the bike company messed up the bike lock and didn’t fix it, Island Time came and took care of it. The beach is beautiful and clean. The condo is very conveniently located to pools, bar/restaurant and beach. Even better is that it is next to Coligny Plaza where you can find many shops, restaurants, and a grocery store. Unfortunately, I found the property through a 3rd party, and later discovered I could have saved money if I had booked directly through Island Time. Island Time does not manage the facility, just some of the individual condo units. So they were unaware that the scenic water pools that look so lovely on the website had been drained for repair and that the work still had not been completed by our arrival on May 11th. They were unsightly and disappointing, but the actual swimming pools were open and of course the ocean and beach were still there." The description and photos were accurate, the size and location perfect for our family. It was our first stay with Island Time. Their assistance and follow-ups were professional and timely. We will use them again. The condo and building was clean and well cared for. If I were owning or renting more regularly there I would be expecting a proper foyer and guarded reception area. Why? It is too confusing for self and guests to arrive via the parking area. For the price it needs proper reception and easier entry. The family enjoyed the closeness to Coligny where the teenagers could safely wander and grandparents walk on level ground. We are swimmers and enjoyed both pools, heated or not!" We comfortably had 6 adults and 3 small kids. We had two 3 year olds that spent every day in the pool. We also had a 6 week old with us, so the short walk to the condo from the pool was very convenient. The customer service was very attentive from start to finish. We had one day of a lot of rain and wind which cause some of the windows to leak and also caused the floor in the master to have water come up from the floor. When I contacted the POC they quickly provided us with additional towels and had the property manager to come out and take a look at the issue. That was the only concern during the entire trip. It was unfortunate the water garden was under maintainance. The whole time we were there, it was being worked on so we didn't get the same view we saw on line. The property is convenient to the beach, the shops and restaurant and to an amazing playground. We also discovered pickleball courts that were free. Each morning we headed out to play. We ate out most of the time but when I did prepare food, I noticed I could have used a few serving utensils. ...a serving spoon especially. The disposal did not work while we were there. On the second day of our stay, someone came out to fix it but it still did not work. It might be time for a new disposal. The bathrooms have great showers. I would not hesitate in renting it again."
