Pets Allowed CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Lovely Spot—Just Know Before You Go
We really enjoyed our stay at the condo the location was great, and the views from the deck were absolutely spectacular. It’s a peaceful spot with beautiful surroundings.
However, there were a few things in the listing that felt misleading. While the description mentions a nearby boat ramp, it’s important to know that you can’t park at the ramp without a parking pass, and enforcement is strict you could easily get a ticket if you're not aware. Also, there is no actual boat dock at the property. There are just two pilings about 3 feet off the concrete, which makes getting on and off the boat very difficult.
Another thing to note is that there’s a walkway right beside the condo that allows access for all tenants, which means the deck has no privacy. People are frequently walking by, which takes away from the otherwise relaxing atmosphere.
Overall, it’s a beautiful location with stunning views, but if you're bringing a boat or expecting a private outdoor space, you may want to take these points into consideration.

"Great Time
We love the location. The house was clean when we checked in, checking in was easy. The house was clean. There are plenty of diner wares and utensils. This is the first rental place that have undamaged pots and pans. The washing machine and the dryer worked good. We caught a lot of fish in the back. The neighbors were very nice. The little empty area at the side of the house is great for our doggies. Thank you for taking good care of the place."

"Always a Great Stay
Mariner’s Manor is our favorite place to stay in North Padre. Right on the canal, and there’s a dedicated boat slip, so the hubs can be on the water at dawn. Whataburger is on the corner, so when he doesn’t catch anything, we won’t starve. We have stayed in pet-friendly places that were filthy, and had come to equate pet-friendly with “just expect the cleanliness level to be meh...” but MM is always spotless and well appointed. Beds are comfy, linens are clean, and the AC will run you out of the place if you’re not careful! We will be back again!!"

"Winter Texans Review
The home is very nice and we fully enjoyed our stay here. There are a few things that could use some maintenance (rusty table, tiles loose), but everything was clean and Padre Escapes was prompt to respond to issues and proactive in letting renters know about weather issues to prepare for. The only big improvement that would make it perfect is a king-size bed in the master."

"Beautiful unit at a perfect water location.
Beautifully updated townhouse with the perfect water location. Impeccably clean. Water turned off for a bit. Had a little issue that turned out not to even have anything to do with the condo but management had someone out within 15 minutes to deal with the issue. We would absolutely book here again and plan to do so. Only improvement that could be made - a better mattress in the primary with more than 2 pillows total on that bed. "

"Family get away
Everything was great. Only thing I would have to say bad about it was we could not use any of the tvs in the bedrooms and also 1 of the bedrooms didn’t even come with a tv. Other wise we had a great time and will definitely be booking again soon. "

"Well done
The good: Comfortable, great location, clean, safe, enjoyable
We stayed for 5 days. We were able to relax and enjoy this place from sunrise to sunset. Even though the road construction was very painful to deal with the house is a great place to stay. Once the road construction is done this place will be more enjoyable.
Needs improvement:
The pans are beyond useful due to the flaking film. Lighted steps on the deck would be safer The master mattress right hand side is wearing down and may need to be replaced.
@Padre Escapes management- this particular house obviously supports trailer parking. And has its own private boat slip. It was a real hassle dealing with getting our access codes until we “agreed to park the trailer street side” I refused since that isn’t even possible with this property. If we had showed up at our appointed time we would have lost access to the house on a technicality the “reservationist” doesn’t know how to deal with. There has to be a way for you to ear mark the houses that support trailer parking and the ones that do not. And there should not be an extra fee to do so. This problem really started the week off rough. "
