Nestled on a private one-acre lot with over 83 feet of pristine waterfront, this brand-new luxury home is perfectly situated within walking distance of the Horseshoe and the Whitewater Amphitheater. Enjoy stunning views, direct river access, and high-end finishes throughout this thoughtfully designed retreat.
This spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 18 guests and offers two large covered decks overlooking the river, a lower-level entertainment and bunk area, and everything you need for the perfect Hill Country escape.
Sleeping Arrangements
Main Level:
Master Suite: King bed, Smart TV, river-view deck access, ensuite bath with double sinks, soaking tub & walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Smart TV, river views.
Full Guest Bath: Walk-in shower; conveniently located for the 2nd bedroom and main living area.
Lower Level:
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, Smart TV, river views.
Bedroom 4: Queen bed, Smart TV, river views.
Bunkroom/Loft: Two built-in Full-over-Full bunks (each with privacy curtain, shelf, & outlet) + Full-size sofa sleeper + Smart TV.
Two Full Bathrooms: One with walk-in shower, one with tub/shower combo.
All bedrooms and bathrooms include high-quality linens for your comfort.
Gourmet Kitchen & Living Spaces
The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room are designed to maximize your view of the river. The fully equipped kitchen features a large island with bar seating for 4, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials for cooking and entertaining. The dining table seats 8–10 guests, and a second refrigerator and full-size washer/dryer are available in the laundry room.
Outdoor Living
Step outside to enjoy two expansive covered decks connected by a staircase—perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or watching the sunset over the river. A firepit with grilling options and propane BBQ grill make outdoor dining a breeze.
Walk down to your private river access, where stairs lead directly into the Guadalupe for tubing, kayaking, or swimming. Float down to the Horseshoe and take the 15–20 minute walk back home!
Pet Friendly
Up to 2 dogs under 40 lbs are welcome for an additional $25 per day per dog.

Parking for 6–7 vehicles (3 near the home, 3–4 at the top of the hill)
No campers, RVs, or trailers allowed
Must be 25+ to rent; renter must present valid ID & credit card at check-in or via email/text
Signed electronic rental agreement required prior to check-in

Exterior video cameras monitor outdoor areas for safety and compliance

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival will result in a $50 administrative fee and the return of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will result in full forfeiture of payment. On monthly reservations the cancellation policy increases to 30 days. We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures.

Perfect Getaway in New Braunfels
I recently stayed at this river house in New Braunfels for a 3-night vacation, and it was the perfect relaxing escape. The property is in a quiet area, which made it feel peaceful and secluded, but it’s still conveniently close to stores and restaurants — the best of both worlds.
The river water was nice and cool, perfect for floating or just unwinding by the edge. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay.
I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in New Braunfels. Great location, peaceful vibes, and easy access to everything you need — I’m already looking forward to coming back!"
