Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar with seating for two. PARKING Meridian HOA allows parking for 1 vehicle and 1 golf cart in the garage only at this rental. Vans and large trucks will not fit. Boats and trailers are not allowed. Towing is strictly enforced by the HOA. There is no overflow parking STR#378130. Pet fees are an additional $25.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days. - We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments - Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. "Would Absolutely Book Again!
This was a perfect place to stay for 2 adults + 1 infant. It's close to the beach entrance, convenience stores and is on the back road of Port Aransas for easy cart access. The unit was comfortable and well maintained. The adjacent pool made it super easy to entertain our infant. The only consideration is parking. It can be a challenge for 2+ vehicles to park comfortably. Definitely recommend the property and would 10/10 stay here again in the future. "

"Wonderful Beach Trip
The rental property was well stocked to make us feel like we were at home. It was much bigger than it appeared to be in photos. The distance from the beach was great with the golf cart we rented. There were enough supplies to get us started. Loved that it had restrooms in every room. The unit included hair dryers, a broom, coffee pot, all kitchen essentials, bbq grill, beach/pool toys in the garage, and even games, books and puzzles. The ac temp was comfortable.
Some considerations: the unit is right next to the pool, you will hear sounds if people are in that area (even after posted hours), the parking is tight (compact cars can fit in driveway, minimal extra parking available). If people are outside on balconies or in front of their units close by, you’ll hear the noises/talking. I recommend bringing something with white noise to drown out the outside sounds. Overall, no complaints!"

"Ok stay
The unit itself was great. We cooked and had everything we needed except tongs but we made do. There was a grill outside. There was some beach stuff in garage. We had enough room for our family. There was even an extra mattress in one of the secondary bedroom closets that my younger kids slept on. Note, the couches in living room are not pullout sofas. Usually in places like this they are but not here. It didn’t bother us but just wanted to note that for others. We would def stay here again buuuut..... Parking is a nightmare. The condo we stayed in was for 8 people. We had two vehicles and rented a golf cart. Only two of our cars could park. Parking is very tight in driveway and garage. This is all units in this complex. Not just this particular one. There is no management on-site (that we saw) to deal with issues. One issue was (not ours) but we spoke to another guest and there was a truck blocking their unit but the owner of truck wouldn’t move (no where to park). They asked multiple times and he wouldn’t move. No one to really report it to. This unit is by the pool. Which is great. Until its 4am and there are people partying at the pool with music so loud I could hear it over my box fan. There is no one to report to except the police (which I did call the local police number, not 911). I did text the number of management company but I got a reply back that it was after hours. They didn’t even respond to the text during business hours the next day. Like I said, the actual unit itself was great. But if you are going with a group, the parking is not a good situation. We were told by Port A Escapes that we can park at their building which is on the highway. Not close."

"Bougie Beachhouse - limited parking
Brightly decorated, comfortable and perfectly placed. The only downside is the parking. PLEASE know this upfront. No large Autos. The place is great, and we loved and enjoyed the pool. It was never loud or unruly. "
