Lost and Found GW110 is a beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath home located right on the beach! This 2 story home has all of the living space on the 2nd level, which allows for amazing views from most of the rooms in the house. The 1st bedroom has a King size bed, ensuite bathroom with garden tub and walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a King. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed. The 4th bedroom, 2 sets of twin over full bunk beds. The open living room and the kitchen are the perfect place to relax.
Per HOA: No boats, trailers or street parking at the home. There are a maximum of 4 cars allowed at this property. If you choose to rent a golf cart it must be rented from Port A Beach Buggies at (restrictions apply, see below for more information and details)
Gulf Waters requires proof of vaccination for all pets. This must be been presented to the onsite Gulf Waters office at the time of check in. Failure to provide proof of vaccination can result in eviction per Gulf Waters HOA.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- This is a DOG-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per dog, per night. 3 dog maximum are allowed. (No Cats Allowed)
Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

"Sandy Mess/ Hot House
Before I write my review, I want to give a shout out to the management team who got on my issues immediately when reported. This
home is in desperate need of maintenance. Door knobs rusted and a guest got locked outoutside on deck first night. Stairwell to home had no working lighting except a small glo light which created a dangerous nightly trek. The biggest problems were the A/C unit is locked on 74° with a sign over it that reads "A/c will freeze up if lowered below 74" We were all very uncomfortable at night after being on beach with sunburns. The dryer was vented incorrectly and it blows the hot air back into the middle of the house that created a linty miserably hot mess. The house was always very humid. The house needs a desperate DEEP cleaning from cobwebs to windows cleaned. The glue from label on upper windows was never removed and is acting like a fly paper catching bugs. The jetted tub once filled and turned on was full of black mold, it scared my daughter. This home is very big and has extremely comfortable beds, the spaciousness is what sold us. If they can get it together this ho.e is worth every penny you spend on it. I would verify maintenance and housekeeping issues are resolved prior to renting first, then you will probably have a fantastic home for vacation."

"Prime Location
Overall, it was a great experience. Great customer service, the house was ready for an early check-in. The interior of the house was very nice and met our needs perfectly, however the cleaning crew needs to do a better job of cleaning under the indoor grill (pretty gross). The outside electrical outlets need to be fixed and the missing siding on the backside is an eye sore, but the pool was fantastic. We would certainly stay there again. "

"Great Stay at Lost and Found
What a great week at Lost and Found! The house is as beautiful as the pictures! The pool was an extra plus for our grandkids and a great end to each beach day. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans and dinnerware. In addition to the amenities listed, there was a pool table and a ping pong table in the "garage" There were also some extra beach toys and some boogie boards. We will definitely plan to stay there again!"

"Picture windows with beautiful view of the Gulf's pounding surf
Great house for a reunion with multiply couples. LOVED the pool and was major gathering place! The Kitchen was totally awesome as we cooked most our own meals with plenty of space for multiple cooks and bartenders all while enjoying the awesome views of the gulf thru the picture windows. Multiple common areas for different groups to gather. Appreciated Grill in the garage! Definitely rent a gulf cart.
The place needs a little TLC. Gave a list of things needing repair and attention. Maids did NOT clean the outside of the picture windows which had bird **** and heavy sea salt haze. Thankfully there was Windex under kitchen sink and we kept them clean. The breathtaking view from the picture windows are the first thing one notices when entering house. More attention should be taken to ensuring they are clean."

"Lost and Found GW110 REview - Marra
I have rented many homes throughout the years, but this was the first time I had rented a Marriot Homes and Villas expecting the same degree of quality I would as with any Marriott property. This was not the case. As I explained in our phone conversation, I was disappointed with the condition of the property Marriott published of being professionally cleaned and inspected. Paying $4000.00 for a four-night stay, I expected a clean well-maintained property for my family and I to enjoy. At $1000 per night, I expected something close to perfection. There were many issues with this property, and I sent a complaint to Marriott. I will not be renting this property, nor will I recommend it to my friends and family. "

"Beautiful View, Great Location
This beachhouse is in the prettiest RV resort my friends & I have ever seen! The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, the pool was private & shaded, and we had an awesome bday dinner at Lisabellas in Cinnamon Shores (just 3 min away). The only thing I didn't care for was all the tar on the beach (which is outside of their control obviously), but they had a little shower with scrub brush & dawn soap at the beginning of the boardwalk for everyone to use to clean up after. "

"Family Trip to the Beach
We enjoyed staying at this beach home our annual family beach trip. Having all the living area on one floor was great, the views were amazing and having the pool table and ping pong table was a plus. It was too cold to use the pool. Also nice was a place to park the boat."

"Stay away! They’ve prioritized quantity over quality.
Absolutely appalling! Upon arrival, the first house was in a less than ideal state — the floors still lightly sprinkled in sand from the previous renters, clearly a sign of negligent cleaning. The AC malfunctioned in the second house, forcing our family to relocate. Shockingly, the AC in the replacement house was just as ineffective. But the horrors didn’t stop there. In the uncleaned first house, we were horrified to discover black mold festering by the door leading to the outside patio, and yes, we have photographic evidence. When we decided to take matters into our own hands and clean, we found gloves under the sink — shockingly infested with maggots! To add to our dismay, roaches made an appearance in the pantry. The garage door was another ordeal; it repeatedly refused to close properly, testing our patience each time. This entire fiasco was nothing short of a nightmare. For the premium we paid, we expected a vastly superior experience. We will NEVER use or recommend this company again. Their standards are severely lacking and their offerings are utterly shameful."

"Summer vacation
We stayed same place last year and I can say I’d stay again. No problems like last year, everything was in order this year. The guy doing the walk thru was pleasant and eager to answer any questions we had. AC still struggles but set at 74 as the day goes on it warmed up the common area to 77 was the highest. I will say the bedrooms were cooler. View is spectacular. If they replaced those back windows with pella or Anderson it would not feel so warm from the morning sun which starts the warming process. Great pool. Lots of space, games both upstairs and down stairs. Everyone had a blast. We’ve already recommended to several people who have taken advantage of Port A Escapes and Gulf Waters."

"Beautiful Beach House
This house worked great for our large family. It was well stocked, beds were comfortable. Whoever stayed before us must have had a dog as there was dog hair on the rugs and some places on hard surfaces. We are dog people so it wasn't terrible, just unexpected. The tvs were easy to use, the kitchen appliances took a little more work and the we just gave up on the hoyse lighting system. Overall it's a great house and we had a wonderful time. "

"Great place in Port Aransas - Lost and Found
This was a great house with well stocked upgraded kitchen. The AC worked perfectly. There were more amenities than described (i.e. hair dryers and beach chairs). We did need a coffee pot replacement and they came over the first thing next day. The private pool was a nice add. I did wish they came to clean it at least after 3 or 4 days. All in all I would rent this place again."

"Gorgeous home, awesome pool, super great beds!
We found the master king bed and the bunk beds to be super comfortable, the living spaces were so roomy and open concept was so inviting. My family really enjoyed the private pool it was nice to just go down and swim with a little one that couldn't stay out super long in the sun. The game room downstairs added lots of extra enjoyment and a nice place to store sand toys. Only one negative the railing on the upper deck was loose and not safe for our little to go outside unless we stayed right with her. It was very wobbly."

"Home needs lots of TLC.
The location was great and upon entering the home you have a beautiful view of the gulf, but the windows were so dirty it obstructed the full experience, so I decided to go into town and buy a squeegee and clean the windows since we were going to be there a week. Home had lots of lights burnt out, bathrooms, kitchen, patio, outside, good thing there were extra in the laundry area we were able to replace some not all. One of the showers had no hot water and wasn't fixed until the third day of our trip, master bathroom under mount sink dropped into the cabinet looked like only glue was holding up the sink, eventually the other sinks will fall with the type of glue being used. Jacuzzi tub didn't work as well as the downstairs mini fridge, guess there just used as picture props. The BBQ pit was dirty and grass was over grown. The light system in the whole house is so bad in some areas you have to touch the button ten times for the light to turn on. There was no follow up call. The price you pay its not worth it."

"Family time at the beach
We had 6 adults and 5 children staying in this beach house. We all loved it. The house is very Spacious and gorgeous wonderful views. There was plenty of room for everyone. Quick walk to the beach. We did rent a 6 person golf cart that was a blast. "

"Amazing home at a great location
We were 3 families traveling to Port Aransas for the winter break. The house is spacious and well designed. The view of the ocean is amazing, we enjoyed the sunrise each day we stayed there. There were lots of indoor games to enjoy during the night. The neighborhood is very pretty/quiet. Overall very satisfied with our stay."

"The right way to do Port A!
Our family rented Lost & Found for 5 nights at the end of Oct & our stay was 5 stars. The house is HUGE and more than enough space for the 7 of us (all adults). The home was clean & tastefully decorated. We appreciated the restraint from putting unnecessary decorations everywhere like tables & countertops ;)
We rented a cart for Port A buggies & were able to use the boardwalk to cruise back & forth to the beach. This was extra helpful as we had my elderly father with us, so it wasn't too much walking.
Easy check in & out. We would definitely return to Lost & Found!"

"A Taste of Normalcy
We enjoyed a very relaxing stay at this property. The house was a very nice and it was only a short walk to the beach. Most mornings, we were one of the only families at the beach area. We would occasionally see joggers and walkers. The beach was clean and well-maintained. The boardwalk was easy to navigate so we did not rent a golf cart.The property management company was available for any questions or concerns that we had. We did need to relocate chemicals under the kitchen sink to a shelf above the washer and dryer since there are no child-proof locks. "

"Great Family House
We had a great time, with home being clean and well kept. The kitchen is very open and the beach close by. The drawback were the mattresses being rock-hard. People were sleeping on the couches towards the end, rather than the beds.
Otherwise, a great home with well-stocked kitchen supplies, a laundry machine, and nice bathrooms."

We had a great stay. The house was lovely, well appointed, comfortable. We enjoyed walking on the beach and just sitting and listening to the waves roll in. Beautiful place.
We had a hard time figuring out the lighting system. Never got the lights in the den to work and there was a light bulb burned out in each bathroom which made it a just a little dark. "

"Beautiful home with an amazing view
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. The views were spectacular and it was only a short walk to the beach. The only negative for us was that the community pool's heating element was out and Gulf Waters RV Park doesn't allow anyone under 16 to use the hot tub, so our children were really disappointed that they couldn't swim or warm up after being at the beach. If you're traveling with children, they don't budge on this issue, even if you are the only people at the pool. This was a resort issue, not the owner's. We loved having the pool and ping-pong tables downstairs. The property management company was great to work with and were very responsive. Overall, we had a wonderful time!"

"Perfect! Well equipped & maintained home w direct view of Gulf.
This was the second year we have stayed in this home. It is very well maintained, has a beautiful direct view of the gulf, and has a super well equipped kitchen with everything you need, plus a pool table, ping pong table, and foos ball table. "High end home on the beach
I'm the person that never gives a 5 star review, but this beach-front property deserves 5 even if it is not perfect. The kitchen has features you only find in large high end homes. It appears that it was completely redone after the storm. We only used the upstairs, but it was large, lovely and exceeded my expectations. The master bath has a huge shower and jacuzzi tub. We took advantage of being able to rent a golf cart onsite and drive across the boardwald to the beach. On the minor downside--they saved every penny they could on the toilet paper; the huge nonventilated downstairs area was very musty--but would still be good for a large crowd while cooking out."

"Wonderful stay, even in bad weather!
We spent our spring break here and even though the weather didn't cooperate, we loved the home, the easy access to the beach, and the heated pool on the property! The home had everything you could want and more (games, foosball, ping pong, pool, fast internet) and everything you need to cook a meal (if you want to). The beds are super comfortable and clean, as was the whole property. Would definitely stay again! "

"Fun at Gulf Waters!
Our family of eight with our dogs had a wonderful stay at GW#110 over the Christmas/New Year's holidays. The place has an open layout, with four sequestered bedrooms, plus a deck overlooking the ocean. It's a high-tech house, so we struggled a bit with lights and devices, but otherwise, the place is very nice. It was clean and well-stocked. We'll go back!"

"Good and Bad
The house was beautiful and in such a great location. When we got there we realized very quickly the home was dirty. Our socks turned brown after just a few minutes of walking on the floor, there was a spill on the kitchen floor, dishes and glasses in cabinets were dirty, all tables and night stands were either dusty or had crumbs on them, 2 pillow cases had long black hair on them, the master bathroom door had a bloddy dirty hand print and there was a used washcloth in the shower that my husband used thinking I had used it!!! Gross! The property managers were only available the next day but as soon as I told them they sent someone out to take a look. They came back later to clean the house so we spent the night and a full day in a dirty house. It's very hard to get the jets going in the tub and the stopper doesn't keep the water from draining. The water in the master bath doesn't get very hot. The kitchen has no cutting boards.
The surrounding property is kept up very nicely and it's just a short walk to the beach. The beds, couch and decorations were all very comfortable and nice. "

We had a wonderful time! The house was open and spacious and clean! Had everything we needed to cook and eat there. Gorgeous view of the beach and short distance to the boardwalk. Also really enjoyed the well maintained RV Resort the house is located in. "

"Family Vacation
The house was great. It had everything that you could need.
We had our adult kids and all our grandkids all in the same house. This was our first family vacation together!
The only problem was the lights in the house. I turned in a maintance request and they came to look at it. They were going to call the owner about it. They were fast about getting on the problem. We plan on going back!!!"
