Bay Trees Condos A1 is a studio condo that has been remodeled and redecorated. Tile floors, comfy furnishings, balcony with a view of the intercoastal waterway! Large swimming pool, tennis, and pickle ball courts. A private lit fishing pier, covered parking, boat parking, and boat slips, for rent. This condo is located on the second floor, with no elevator access. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 standard size vehicle. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.

- A 2 night minimum stay is required
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required

- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than 1, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear and mosquito spray
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

"Cozy Space with Sweet Views
This is our second time renting this specific apartment. Love sitting on the balacony, studying the art on the walls, and the convenience of the shower (instead of a tub). Hubby loves to fish on the private pier at night while I read in the apt."

"Baytree A1
We rented the unit for the Whooping Crane Festival weekend, which turned out to be a VERY cold weekend. When we got to the unit, it was actually colder inside than it was outside! We found the wall AC/heat unit and turned it on, then left for dinner thinking it would be warm when we got back. When we returned, it was still cold. We knew we would not be able to shower in there because it was so cold. When I opened the closet door to hang up our clothes, the door feel off of the track in my hands. I tried to use the cooktop in the oven and it blew a breaker and we could not find the breaker box. I decided to call the management even though it was after 9pm. They were very nice and sent a maintenance man pretty quickly. He brought us 2 space heaters and reset the breaker. He tried the closet door, but said it was going to need the track to be replaced. The bed was possibly the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. The unit was cute and clean but really needed quite a bit of work."

"Condo A1 is a great place to say
This was our second time to stay in condo A1. We prefer A1 as there is a view on both sides of the balcony. The air conditioner works great, which is always a plus. We always stay at Bay Tree as there are boat slips to keep the boat right on the property, so we don't have to haul the boat in and out of the water every single day."

"Bay Tree Condos UnitA1
Condo was very clean, had hot water, important for shower & washing dishes (not just warm), and was very quiet. You never heard vehicular or golf cart traffic because of its location. Enjoyed sitting outside on patio and watching ships and tankers go by. Wife used stackable washer/dryer daily. There were plenty of bath towels and kitchen towels. Would definitely recommend for those that like peace and quiet. "

"Memorable!
Everything was what we expected and more. The floor plan of the unit was cozy and comfortable and the artwork very appealing. One issue we had was that the floor was a bit grimy, leaving indoor footwear a bit blackened. Other than that it was a wonderful experience and we've made plans to return next year."

"Cozy View
This condo was nice. The set up inside allows for separation of bed and living space. The patio view was nice for a sunset and ships coming to port. The only 2 things I would say is the blinds were broken and did not go down. We had to put beach towels to cover the window above the sink. We did put a maintenance request but did not see it filled during our stay. The other thing to be mindful of is the remote in the bed room could turn on the tv in the living space since they safe a wall. All in all though, this is a nice spot.

"Pretty nice place
Cute and well kept up.
Nice view and amenities.
However, if they could replace the box ac with a ductless ac unit it would do wonders. The place was a bit warm and the box ac went on and off all night. Also, black out Roman shades soukd be a huge plus! The blinds didn’t block any light. "

Very clean and well appointed, but the bed was rock hard, the A/C very noisy right next to the bed and shower water pressure was very low. Left a day early."

"April Vacation
Informed upon arrival A/C unit was not cooling. A temporary window unit was installed. This was second time staying in this unit. It was cleaner this time than last summer but still had ROACHES...THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and was reported to office staff again! We booked another week in July for same unit. Please NO ROACHES AND A/C FIXED."
