Cancellation Policy: If your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your reservation date, all payments will be refunded less the cancellation fee of $100.00 and the insurance premiums (if purchased). Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fees (if purchased). If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

"Myrtle Beach-Tilghman unit 6015
We enjoyed the location and friendly and accommodating staff. The repair personnel were very informative, helpful and polite. Dishwasher overflowed, leak in bathroom which led to water in bedroom floor, a/c went out twice. We had to wash towels and bedspread due to these issues. Other issues include the garbage disposal shorting out, ice maker did not make much ice, toilet in third bathroom handle seems to be loose. A lot of small issues but should be taken care of."

"Fall '24 at Tilghman Beach and Golf Resort
Great 3 week stay at Tilghman!. Perfect location across the street from the beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Nice view of the pond and golf course. Very relaxing.
Tilghman staff was very friendly and helpful. North Beach staff was very reponsive, as usual."

"North Myrtle Beach Stay
The door needs repair. We got locked out and had to wait for someone to come from the realty. We had to stand out in the hall for an hour or more. Our 6 year old granddaughter was anxious about it. The repair person had a hard time getting us in, but did get it repaired and was very nice."
