Explore everything that Rockport has to offer from this adorable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage. Bring your boats, golf carts, and anything else you need to park, because this home has plenty of room for it all in the large yard! Access to parking is provided through 2 separate RV gates.
Located on a half acre lot, this home is set up perfectly for all your outdoor living needs. The private backyard offers a covered veranda with a bar, plenty of seating space, a large TV, BBQ pit, and lighting to give you the perfect setting to enjoy the coastal weather and lush greenery. Included in the back yard is a seprate game room that boasts games for adults and children alike.
Inside you’ll find beach cottage charm! The master bedroom has 1 king bed, nightstands with built-in USB charging ports (USB cords not included), and en suite bathroom with dual sink vanity and walk in shower. The oversized secondary bedroom has one Queen bed and a Full bed and the back bedroom also has a Full size bed. There is a furniture piece with 2 sides that pull out to a table. Use both sides for card games or just one side to use as a desk. The sofa in the TV room pulls out to a queen sized bed for additional sleeping. Back bedroom access is through the secondary bedroom and also has a private entrance to the patio and backyard.
The kitchen has everything you’ll need for cooking and dining at home, plus plenty of paper/plastic products to enjoy beverages and dining out on the veranda.
This 3 Bedrooms House provides accommodation with Air Conditioner, Kitchen, Internet, for your convenience. This House features many amenities for guests who want to stay for a few days, a weekend or probably a longer vacation with family, friends or group. This was the perfect location for our family and our best friends to spend a few days while enjoying Texas beaches. The home is beautiful and so peaceful. "WE LOVED THIS HOUSE
THIS IS A VERY COMFORTABLE, SPACIOUS AND BEAUTIFUL HOME. THE BACKYARD IS VERY NICE WITH A GREAT PATIO SPACE. WE FELT VERY COMFORTABLE WITH LETTING OUR DOGS ROAM AROUND THE BACK WITH THE FENCE NOT ONLY PROVIDING A SECURE PLACE FOR THEM BUT PRIVACY FOR ALL. THE LITTLE TOUCHES IN THE HOME WERE VERY NICE. I WOULD LIKE TO ACKNOWLEDGE NINA AND THE STAFF AT ROCKPORT ESCAPES. THEY WERE NOT ONLY VERY HELPFUL BUT REALLY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE US FEEL COMFORTABLE. WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE. "Great place to stay with a huge backyard!
This was a great house. It was perfect to park my boat and truck on the driveway. My boat is 22ft long plus the motor and trailer hitch and my truck is a 4 door short bed and the driveway was perfect for that! The kids and I did enjoy spending time in and outside the house. The outdoor covered patio was really nice and I wish I could have had more time available to be down there to enjoy it more! "
