Pets Allowed CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Great Family Vacation Home!
From the online booking, to the early check in, to the easiest check out process. This place is amazing! The property management is wonderful at communicating with anything we need. We even got locked out on night one and within 20 minutes, we had someone letting us back in! The location is wonderful, just minutes from the beach. The house was absolutely spotless and clean. The beds are super comfortable. Our kids loved having the pool steps away from the front door too. The kitchen is fully equipped but in need of a cutting board and new knives. The back door is also a little difficult to close but that’s easily fixed. Overall, an absolutely wonderful experience and we will be coming back! "

"Wonderful Place!
We had so much fun on our stay and this unit is so close to the pool (which was amazing and the kids stayed in it pretty much the entire time) entry and walkway to parking lot. We loved this unit! The only issue we had was the light in the kids bedroom kept switching on and fan kept turning off, pretty sure the batteries in the remote need to be changed but that is an easy fix. Beds were comfortable and everything was neat and well maintained. Will definitely book here again!"

"Wonderful Vacation Rental
We had a wonderful stay. The townhouse was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Having the pool and playground right outside our front door was so fun and convenient with our little ones. The path to the beach is right outside the complex which made it super quick and easy to make beach trips throughout the day. Highly recommend!"

"Great Family Location!
We have a 1 and 3 year old — this was a perfect place for their ages. Accommodations were great, clean location. One thing to note is that there is not shampoo or conditioner, beach towels/chairs etc. also, we noticed the bugs get very bad near the playground and pool in the early morning and later sunsets so make sure you bring bug spray. We traveled beginning of September."

"Close to the beach but loud rental.
This property is clean and close to the beach, but if you're a light sleeper or have small children this probably isn't the place for you. There are no rules about noise at this property, and the pool never closes. We had a problem with people playing loud bass that you could hear through the whole house for the first two nights. Also there would be screaming kids in the pool until 10-11 pm daily. May not bother some, but it was difficult to relax at that time. The towels and linens provided aren't very comfortable. The extra blankets provided are equivalent to hospital linens. It's a 30 second drive to the beach which is great with kids. "

"The first of MANY
Our rental experience couldn’t have possibly been any more seamless. Day of check-in, I received check-in instructions, it was right beside the splash pad/pool area. My children and I were impressed. Everything inside was neat and tidy. All kitchen utensils were in working condition and clean as well. I called customer service and they answered quickly and were very pleasant. We’ll be making this a reoccurring trip for the years to come. Thank you!"

"Perfect stay
This was the perfect place with littles! We have a 1 & 4 year old and they had a blast. The space itself had ample room for our family and included 2 full bathrooms. The 4 year old loved the bunk beds and was excited there was a TV in his room. The splash pad and playground are located right outside the front door which made visits easy. The 2 parking spaces were nice to have. Every night, we would walk to the beach (5 min tops) and walk the dog. We would stay here again and definitely recommend!"

"Perfect for our Family of Four
The townhouse was extremely clean and supplied as described. It looks just like the pictures in the listing! Communication with check-in and check-out information was timely and easy to understand. We liked that the door had a pin pad and we didn't have to worry about keys. The home felt spacious and airy with the high, vaulted ceilings. The beds and bedding provided were comfortable. Our kids loved the bunk beds! The kitchen was stocked with the utensils/dishware we needed, and I liked there was a full set of 12 or more of everything. The pool was nice and so convenient to walk right outside the door! We did not stay during a busy time, the pool is not huge and I imagine it could get quite crowded. The beach was also a quick 5 minute walk. We were very happy with Smugglers Cove- See Ya Soon- would stay again and recommend to others!"

"Fun & Convenient Location
We came to town for a baseball tournament and were thrilled to stay so close to the beach. We walked to the beach multiple times a day and had a short drive over the bridge to our tournament. The property itself was amazing! We were concerned about being so close to the pool, but we didn't hear any noise from the pool. The interior was beautiful, and the backdoor was right next to our two reserved parking spots, which made loading and unloading baseball equipment much easier. The kids loved the bunk room, and the king-size bed was very comfortable. We would love to stay here again and again! Padre Escapes was great with communication too!"
