CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Family Beach Vacation
We had a beautiful time in this beach home. Access to the pools were so helpful and we had enough space for our big family to enjoy everything. My two babies had a lot of fun in the backyard as well! The only couple things we may have needed was blankets and a broom so we could sweep up the sand that trickled in from our beach visits. Everything else was perfect and we had such a great time!"

I really liked the location. The problem was the ceiling was leaking from the second floor to the first floor. Plaster falling to the ground. I am 68 years old and slipped on the floor where the ceiling was leaking and almost did the splits. "
