Pets Not Allowed CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Family Fishing Trip
We enjoyed our time at Padre Escapes. There is plenty of room and we had everything we needed. The pool area was beautiful. Our only complaint was the parking. There is only room for one car in the garage. We had to park on the street."

"Beautiful home. Great location.
The house was clean and in the perfect location for us. The only complaint is that the ad did not have the lay out listed correctly and I didn’t get to spend much time in the common areas with my family like I had hoped because of my disability. They have fixed the ad now after I brought it to their attention. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who asks! "

"Family Beach Trip
This is a great place for large family! Nice that we were all able to spread out with plenty of rooms and beds. Lots of spaces to sit on the balcony and watch the kids in the pool. Kitchen was perfect for meals at home, but also this is a nice central location to go out for meals or shopping at souvenir shops. Very clean, beds were great. "

Rented for a 3 night stay. Would’ve appreciated some of the basics. Coffee filters, extra trash bags, etc. couldn’t get doors to lock. Great location! "

The property was lovely. Plenty of room for our party of eight. The kitchen/living area was spacious. However, the floors were very dirty!!! Drops of blood on the downstairs hallway and bedroom. The grills were a mess and didn’t work."
