CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Family Fun at the Beach
We really enjoyed our stay at Salty and Sweet. It was clean, well maintained and close to the beach which was great. We made good use of the pickleball court and would happily stay here again."

"Could have been better
It rained several nights and the rain came in through the vents so there were wet spots all through the house. For the money I would have thought it would be better."

"Problems from the Start
The original place had an issue so they moved us to this one and house was set up nicely but the shower curtain was dirty, the place had roaches, the shower head shot water out from the connection to the pipe and then there was leak from the ceiling in each of the upstairs bathrooms.
The roaches were bad and were coming up from between the stove and wall. They did move us due to the leak and not the roaches so we had to spend an evening packing up and moving. "

The restrooms upstairs were leaking from the ceilings all over the place for 2 days. We couldn’t use them it was dangerous. Unfortunately inconvenient for the family having to only share 1 restroom downstairs. "

Sweet and Salty was a great place for the family. The pools are nice and good size to keep an eye on multiple kids. Close to the beach and a nearby Stripes. Space is roomy and clean. "
