CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

Aruba Bay was as exactly as advertised. The 2 pools were great, pickleball court accessible and the sunset views amazing. Access to the beach was minutes away. My family and I would stay there again happily."

Absolutely loved the close proximity to the pool, walk out the back gate and you are there! I was surprised that we did not hear anyone else on our trip. The triple bunks were perfect and our large family enjoyed our 8 day stay very much. Check out is simple and easy. The apartment was well stocked with dishes, pots pans and appliances. "

"Not conducive for long term rentals
Loved the view off of the balcony and the convenience of how close the pool was.
The mattresses were horrid
There wasn't any end tables to put your drinks on when sitting on the board hard sofa.
Staff was completely accommodating to replace destroyed pans, provide portable air conditioning units when central when on the fritz for a week, and helping us to find another unit for next year.
