CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Excellent stay with great fishing and views
We had a wonderful time, plenty of room for our party of 4 and our pup. Two great pools with firepit and bbqs, the two patios on the property made for great views and outdoor dining. The unit was fully stocked with all kitchen needs. Loved the ice maker! Added bonus. Fishing was great right from the deck. I would recommend and stay again!"

The rental look like the picture. We did have extra guests insects/roaches in the kitchen dining room area. I was bitten by something while sleeping. I didn't receive the code to the pool in my email. The only way I got the code was showing a email to the resident that I was staying there. Besides that it was ok."

"Waterfront retreat
We very much enjoyed our visit. Relaxing location, quiet, peaceful and family friendly. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips due to the waterfront access to fish and watch wildlife. The pool was wonderful to cool off. Highly recommend for family or couples retreat"

"Great, but should know...
The location is great, the condo is exactly as pictured and great but:
The cooking pots and pans were horrible, there were more scratches in the pans than teflon coating. Unusable.
Slight indication of cigarette smoke on arrival. Really noticed the odor in all our clothes when we unpacked.
If neither of these bother you then this place is great! Wonderful location and furniture "

"Great location and lot's of fun!
My wife and I took our 4 kids ages 8-18 for a week in June. Very close to the beach, great pool area with slides, and a fun game room. We had so much fun, and would highly recommend to anyone considering this property to go for it! We loved the access from the back patio to Lake Padre and my boys spent hours out there fishing every day."

The stay was wonderful, we would have enjoyed a few more comfortable seats in the living area, for a visit of twelve and were 1 bed short for 12, but we made due. All in all we had a great time. "

"We will be back!
We really enjoyed this location! It was clean and comfortable. My kids loved the pool. Easy distance to the beach. Views were beautiful. The pool is pretty loud and your balcony is right next to your neighbor without a full divider on the bottom deck. We didn't mind either, but if you are looking for a quiet place this may not be the place for you. Security comes and kicks everyone out of the pool about 1030-11pm. "
