CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Don’t hesitate to book this
Condo is perfect. First off parking is at the front door which is so great for this ground floor condo. Water hose in the front also a big plus.
The interior is way nicer than the other condos in this area. Kitchen is fully stocked and perfect. Shower is large and high pressure. Big plus. Mattresses are so comfy and fans and curtains are stellar. Only thing is they just have a keurig and not a regular coffee maker. Condo was spotless. Will be staying here again no doubt. Don’t expect great views here but the beach is just down the street. "

"Great Space!
We are repeat visitors to Aruba Bay and really enjoy the space, pools and closeness to the beach. I wish they still had nightly activities but do not. Would be nice if could offer rental fishing from docks.
Would love to see recycling receptacles too but otherwise, our stay was fantastic and cannot wait to so again!"
