CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

We had a great time. Condo is very spacious! Beds were comfortable and property very clean and maintained. One upstairs bedroom needed lightbulbs replaced - very dim lighting in there. Had a great week and highly recommend this property!! "

"Comfortable Vacation Spot
Upon arriving at the location, we found other guests of the property taking up our assigned parking spots. While we were disappointed with the lack of courtesy of other guests, the folks at PadreEscapes were helpful in assisting us with this. The second evening one of the smoke detectors in the bedrooms began chirping with low battery. This would not normally be a problem, but it was the second year in a row that we've been woken up overnight with a smoke detector low battery. I would strongly encourage the company to consider putting an annual maintenance reminder to change all detectors for the comfort of their guests. Besides those two inconveniences, we loved the short walk to the beach, the closeness of the pool, and the comforts available in the unit. We hope to return again."

"Great Locations, lots of sleeping areas
This is the first time we have rented this particular condo but have rented down from it. This condo by far was much nicer, better furnishings, refrigerator with an icemaker and nice linens on very comfortable beds. The kids pool is right outside the door which is nice if you have small children. As convenient as the pool is it also can be a nuisance because people are in it way past the time that is allowed and many times playing loud music and lots of yelling and screaming. There is one bedroom that faces the pool and whoever gets this room may be in for a very late night. They have signs posted with the hours of the pool but it is mostly ignored and they do not have anyone monitoring it to make sure that people are complying. This condo is within walking distance of the beach but we always rent a golf cart as it can be a very hot walk. There are 2 community grills behind the condos but make sure you bring something to clean or put on top of the grates. We will definitely rent this particular condo again."

"Perfection
The house had so many beds available. More than I expected! The house was spacious, had toiletries, tons of dishes, was clean & had tons of pillows and blankets available. We had a room right outside the pool with a balcony and very close to the beach. It was perfect! And we will definitely be back soon! "

"Nice place but had some issues
I am one of the guests that stayed at Beacons P921 from
May 30- April 5. I have stayed at this property in different units, twice before this visit and all was lovely. We still enjoyed our time but upon arriving discovered the air conditioning wasn’t working. It took 7 hours, but eventually somebody came out and fixed it. That same evening we discovered the freezer was not working properly. We had bought ice cream and it all was melting. We messed around with it, and eventually got it working, but I would suggest some maintenance being done on it or maybe it just needs to be replaced entirely. We never used the dishwasher as it as very moldy and stinky inside. We hand washed all of our dishes. Upstairs there was another tv for a gaming system. The children were looking forward to a fun night up there but we could not get the gaming system to work. It just appears there has been some general wear and tear on this unit and could use some attention. We still enjoyed our stay in the condo. The most concerning was an electrical issue in the children’s pool outside our condo. Thankfully nobody was hurt. We called it in and were happy with the quick response and notifications that were sent out to all guests promptly, and a sign was placed on the gate of the pool. Unfortunately the kids could not swim at night anymore after that, and the issue was not fixed during our stay. There was also a pair of men’s boxer briefs lying on the sidewalk for the duration of our stay. I was surprised a ground keeper did not pick them up. Eventually on our last night, one of us threw them away.
Like I said we had a great time and did not let these issues ruin our time, but the precious times I stayed at village by the beach were way better; so I was a bit surprised by all the different issues."

"Last Summer Hurrah
We had enough space for grandparents and cousins to join in on the weekend getaway. Each room was comfortable and kitchen had enough supplies. My only recommendation is room darkening curtains in the bedrooms. I had trouble sleeping with light coming thru the blinds. Additionally, we enjoyed that the pool was just outside the front door! "

"Great location
This townhome is us the perfect location. The kids enjoyed the pool. The rooms were well stocked with blankets and sheets, with plenty of towels. Very clean. Very likely to recommend and stay again. We needed more paper towels and trash bags though. Great place!!!"

"Another great Vacation!
This is our second year in a row in this complex(village by the beach) and fourth overall with padre escapes. Never disappoints. Always great properties and well equipped with all you need. Excellent location, walking distance to the beach, we always get golf carts. Great pools and splash pads for kids! We will forever stay in this same complex and rent with padre escape's!"

"Father's day vacay
We have stayed in various condos on the island and this one was in the top 5. Lots of sleeping space, and extra space for the kids. Upstairs room had good AC and living room was also cold. First floor room did not get as cold. Plenty of dishes and pans for cooking. Even had a waffle maker and Keurig. Be sure to bring your own condiments to include salt and pepper. "

This condo is in a great location. Not too far from Whitecap Beach and it’s right in front of the pool. It’s very spacious and sleeps plenty of people for those with a large family. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay there again.
