Pets Allowed CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"It worked for us, well enough
Overall everything was fine. Smokers have used this place in the past, lingering smell but not overpowering. No place to set anything in the entry except on floor. Kitchen & family area upstairs, unusual. Three bathrooms was excellent, kitchen excellent. Faucet near front door to rinse sand before entry helped a lot. Text information for entering property was received 10 minutes late (after check in time). If we needed the trundle bed located under the bunk bed in the front bedroom, it would have been impossible to walk in that room. The bunk bed upper rail needs repair due to a disconnected bolt. The exterior security light next to the front entry shines into the front bedroom window all night and cannot be turned off."

"Our brief getaway to Padre Island was truly delightful. The accommodation was conveniently located near the beach and just across from the pool, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and fun. The staff at Padre Escapes were incredibly accommodating and provided the best customer service experience I've had in quite a while. The property itself is in a fantastic location and offers a wonderful place to stay. I would eagerly return and have another enjoyable stay. Thank you for your exceptional service." "

"Perfect distance to the beach!
Overall our stay was good, but there were things broken in our rooms (beds, holes in walls, shower curtains falling, etc.). Maintenance did not seem to make it a priority to fix our broken items. I stressed the bed being broken over the phone 3 times and they said they might get to it.. I told them we could not sleep there as it is broken and then they finally said they would send a maintenance person over to take a look at it. The kitchen was on the top floor which is stated in the listing, but we were still shocked at the layout every day. Overall, everyone slept really well and comfortable. AC was nice and cold the whole time. Access to the beach was easy and the pool was fun! "

"Excellent place to go on vacation with the family
Everything was incredible, the place was good, not very clean, but there were no problems, very well equipped in the kitchen, very few towels for the time we were staying, but without any problem."

"Family Beach vacay
The rental was in a good location and clean and with 3 full bathrooms it made showering after beach time easy with a family of 4. The appliances are older and could be felt in their usage. For example, the dryer took forever to dry the load of laundry that we did and the refrigerator seems to be on its way out. When we first arrived we had a hard time getting in the door, but with the helpful rental staff just a phone call away it was our user error and we got right in. Thank you for letting us stay in your home. "
