CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"5 star condo but....
Booked here for the purpose of fishing off the docks. What happened the 5 green lights that were in place when this place first opened 5 years ago...we were disappointed 2 years ago and are disappointed again on this trip...will you ever have the green lights in place like when Aruba Bay opened?"

"A bit disappointing
I have been going to this property for years however this is the first time I tried this specific unit although it was a cute unit and very similar to other ones I stayed at, the furniture was very dirty and chairs were torn. There were stains all over the couches. The property had not been cleaned properly the dishes were dirty, and there was make up on the bathroom doors. The green lights were not working, except one of them, so it was difficult to fish there as we normally love to do and the pool area needed some maintenance. This trip was a bit disappointing, but I must say that I do love several of the units on that property and next time I will try a different one. "

Good experience. The place was clean and well appointed. We liked the amenities at the complex. The only thing that would have been better is if it had a water view, but we knew that when we booked. Overall it was a great stay"

"Unpleasant smell stole the show
The location, layout, decor was all great. We wanted to love this place but the smell stole the show. The home had a musty, smoke smell throughout the entire home. I’m not sure if there were past smokers in the residence or what. There was also a past leak in the upstairs toilet room, so there is a big water stain and potentially mold in the ceiling as you walk in. Not sure if this is the source of the smell or not."
