CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Impeccable property
We come to this area frequently and this is the best property we’ve stayed at so far, but our preferences are different. We come to relax at the beach with our children so we don’t care too much about pools and wifi. If these things are important to you, then this place might not be to your liking because the pool is small, gets way too full, and people are allowed to play obscene music in front of children. The WiFi stopped working on our second day there. These were good things for us since they forced us to focus on having fun at the beach and avoid the temptation to work while watching the kids at the pool."

"Who doesn’t love turtles
We were extremely pleased with our 30 day stay at turtle whispers. So cute, quiet and in a great location. Property management was easy to work with from booking our stay to any maintenance issues. Having a washer and dryer was awesome and the home was stocked fairly well, only wish they utilized recycling. We would definitely return. "

This was a great rental, located in Padre Island and great proximity to the beach and other amenities. The property itself was awesome, my family and two little kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the pool area. Would definitely recommend to my friends and will rent again on future trips!"

Very beautiful and cozy. Loved our stay here. Only thing that I didn't care for is that you had to enter code every time you came through the door. So unloading our things into the house was irritating. If the key pad would of just had a button to keep the door unlocked would of be great."

We very much enjoyed our recent stay at Turtle Whispers. The home was gorgeously decorated, clean, and had the comforts of home feeling to it. The kitchen was generously stocked and it's great location (walking distance to the beach)! The parking area was also very well it and the area itself felt safe and peaceful. Will definitely be staying here again when we return to Corpus! "
