Pets Allowed CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Close by the beach
The rental was nicely furnished and clean. Queen bed was comfortable and the kids seemed to like the bunk beds as well as the sleeper sofa. Great communication and instructions, two dedicated parking spots right in front of the unit. Overall nice place, we would rent again. Side note, 3 pics of the pool are not the pool at this complex of townhouses, pool was still nice though."

The unit was clean and quiet. The only negative issues were the shower head had hardly any water pressure and should be replaced. The king mattress was not comfortable, I sold mattresses and it felt like one of the $99 specials and I'm sure it's old because the coils are linked together. Please invest in a newer mattress, it's time to replace it!
The property management team was great to deal with, they were all professional and very nice."

"Peace and quiet
It is our 19th anniversary and me and my husband was thinking about downsizing our RV to a teardrop. So I decided to book this 3 days in a small airstream because we both like the vintage look. I love the decor and the setup. The biggest highlight was the shower, super comfy. We are on the larger side so this allows us to weigh our options. We absolutely loved it but the location in the park was sublime. View of the pond and people playing with their dogs at the park. We only had neighbors on the back of us,and I empty field in front. so I was free to come out in my pj's with a cup of coffee and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Loved it.... Our anniversary falls on Labor Day weekend, so we even got to attend their Labor Day festival. It's free hot dogs and hamburgers with live music, couldn't get any better. The staff was super friendly. It gives small family community vibes. Five stars for super clean although everything was easy access and we didn't need to bother the host. I did forget the code inside the trailer and found myself locked out the gate. But a sweet angel in the office went ahead and buzzed us in without any questions. Most definitely will be going back"

"Very Disappointed this time
Upon arriving we noticed several dog poop ppiles along our unit, made a complaint, no one came those two months to clean it up. Tv stopped working, dryer quit, owner took care of both but it shouldn't be like that. Resort management and owners or corporate owners need to address appliances issues, because several renters has similar issues. It's time for some serious updates and better landscaping plus larger signs about cleaning up after pet's. We are returning next year, love the area ,pool and all the people we call our friends. We support you now please return the favor. "
