CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Well priced Great Location
We stayed for just over a month in the Padre Pearl. The unit was very clean and well looked after. The kitchen was well appointed as we cooked full meals most days. It is a 3 minute walk to the beach where you will find you can walk along the seawall or miles and miles along the beach. We travelled over the whole island and this part was the best area by far. Padre Escapes were very easy to communicate with and sent out regular updates to tenants for example the internet went down on island. Staying for the month gave us a better rate. Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We would stay again. "
