CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Perfect place
Love that the fishing dock is at the back door. Our boys enjoyed that the most. We rented a golf cart and drove to the beach which was only a couple minutes away. Minus the next door neighbors having a party on back porch, while trying to fish and relax, the house is perfect. "

"Perfect
Perfect space for our family of 4 and could have comfortably fit another family. Walk to Brewsters, great restaurants within a 3-5 min drive, short drive (or even walk) to the beach, or spend some time at the nice/large pool and water slides in the complex, and best part is fishing directly from the condo. We caught quite a few specs, next time we’ll rent a kayak and go for some reds across the channel."

"Great location
The property was very nice. However, the pans were unusable and we had to buy a pan. The utensils were dirty and had to rewash them. The rug in the primary room was sandy and the sheets were not clean in one of the bedrooms. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay."

It was a great place to stay, has many kitchen items, enough space for 4 adults and 4 children, accessible showers for handicap people, both decks were clean, it was bright and sunny with an amazing air conditioner, will stay again, centrally located to the beach, places to eat, a pool with 2 slides, and has two sturdy BBQ pits! We will be back!!! "

"Awesome place
We had a lovely stay. Kids were able to fish on the dock, the outdoor space is lovely. The house was completely clean and with all you can ask for a weekend stay. We didn't walk to the beach, we used the car with the 3 kids and parking is free. I wasn't a fan of the beach because all the cars parked on the sand. "

"Disapointing unit, great location.
We were willing to work with mngt around the fridge that had stopped working, but we were frustrated with a unit supplied with barebones, and neither the owner nor management jumped to make it right. There was no drip coffee maker, or pods provided, no hotpads, knifes, cutting board, bottle opener or firestarter, making our attempts to cook very difficult. We brought a lot of food, even spices salt/pepper and oil assuming little would be provided, but I didn't realize I needed to also bring all kitchen supplies. Pots, pans, dishes were small and bare essentials. We were already trying to make do with no fridge and very frustrated with a unit so poorly setup."

"Great Family Stay
Hello, we were satisfied with our stay. The house was in a great location, the pool was clean and very enjoyable, the pickle ball court was a fun extra activity, and we could walk to a beautiful and peaceful spot on the beach. A few things to note, that may be out of your control: we couldn’t get into the property until 4:30 (I know isn’t a big deal, but we had driven a long way) and the fridge didn’t cool quickly and smelt like fish. "

"Fantastic place to create a memorable time.
Great host. Everything was as promised. It was great having a dock to the channel right in the back. Comfortable space. Water hose in the front and back to wash down gear. I appreciated the wood bedroom doors which help keep noise to a minimum. Zero complaints, all positive things that led to a memorable vacation. Thank you!"
