Enjoy Windemere amenities like a beachfront pool, hot tub, fitness room and reserved covered parking spot, in addition to the fun in the sun you will have on these incomparable beaches. Perdido Key is much loved for its less-developed coastline and natural beauty. Perdido Key is a family-friendly vacation destination, but this unit is a great getaway for anyone and everyone. Vista Viento has plenty of room to stretch out with 1559 SF. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, and 8 comfortably sleeps. The Master bedroom offers a plush king-sized bed with an en-suite bath. Walk out onto the balcony from the Master bedroom and enjoy the forever views that only an end-unit penthouse might offer. The Master bath has a separate shower and a jetted tub if anyone wants to soak away a salty day. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen sized beds and the 3rd offers another comfortable King sized bedroom. There is even a sleeper sofa for extra guests. The kitchen is fully equipped if anyone wants to take advantage of the local seafood market, but there are lots of popular restaurants close by. The kitchen has a breakfast bar that opens into the dining area and welcoming living area. Enjoy the beach views and the sound of the waves from the balcony all day and in the evenings too. It's a place where one can recharge and refresh. Guests of PKRM are offered complimentary excursions like free golf, deep sea fishing, cruises on local waterways, and tickets to OWA Amusement Park. These local adventures add real value to a vacation experience. Be sure to enjoy a complimentary dolphin cruise so you can see for yourself why Perdido Key is a boater's paradise. Book this Windemere penthouse for your vacation or for an extended rental in the off-season. It is one of the best Snowbirds stays on the Key. Beginning 9/15/25 the pool deck area will be closed due to construction. The deck and pool will not be accessible until all of the work is complete. The stairs from the ground floor up to the pool deck will also be closed. There will be noise also due to them having to take up the concrete. We currently do not have an end date for this project, Please call for further updates Starting 10/6/25 the second-floor uncovered parking area is also going to be resurfaced. On that day they will be completely closing off the up and the down ramps to the second floor and no access to those areas will be allowed during this work. There will be no access to the second-floor covered parking area either. Parking will be located across the street where the overflow parking lot is located.
