Our 3 Bedroom, 3 bath condo can accommodate a maximum of 10 with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom, 2 fulls in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, TV's in all bedroom and the living room, luxury vinyl plank flooring, a full size washer & dryer, free Wi-Fi and free cable.

Cancellation Policy: If your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your reservation date, all payments will be refunded less the cancellation fee of $100.00 and the insurance premiums (if purchased). Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fees (if purchased). If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

Very convenient, well apportioned 3 bedroom , three bathroom apartment on the beach. Building well looked after, apartment exactly as advertised and very clean and neat. Easy rental process. Family of 5 adults and a baby was very comfortably accommodated. "

The kitchen area was nice but the place was outdated. Mold in all bathrooms. Toilets were nasty and not caulked. The main bedroom carpet was utterly filthy. I have pictures. Would not recommend staying here until the owner spend a few dollars to caulk, properly clean, remove rusted curtain rods and replace main bedroom carpet. "
