Cancellations: As an initial deposit, we take 50% of the reservation total at the time of your booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 60 days prior to your arrival date.
Should you need to cancel prior to final payment (60+ days prior to arrival date), you will receive a full refund of your initial deposit.
Cancellations made after final payment (within 60 days of arrival date), are not eligible for refund. You are financially responsible for the entire amount of the reservation less cleaning and pet fees. Please consider purchasing travel insurance in order to be eligible for reimbursement of non-refundable prepaid travel expenses.
Refunds: Conditions beyond our control i.e. weather, road conditions, power outage, government mandated travel restrictions, TV outage, phone outage, Wifi outage, Hot tub problems or guest emergencies do not constitute a basis for refunds.

Highly recommend this house for those looking for a quiet getaway! It's a great location right across the street from Portuguese Beach. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need to have a great stay. The kitchen is well appointed and the pool table was a nice bonus. The house has amazing ocean views and we loved hearing the ocean waves from the house. It was a wonderful spot for our family vacation!"

Location is fantastic. In less than 5 minutes you're walking down the stairs to Portuguese Beach. The home was very comfortable with everything we needed for a long weekend. The wifi is great so if your cell service is low like ours was it won't even matter. Quick access to great food and wine. Would definitely stay here again."

"Lovley located Bodega Bay beach home
We had an amazing stay; the location couldn't have been better—just a short drive to beautiful hiking trails and the beach. We loved starting our mornings with a scenic hike and ending our days with sunsets stroll on the beach.
The outside deck was a highlight for us. It offered stunning views of the ocean, making it the perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee or dine in the evening. The space was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home for us.

"Incredible view, beautiful property with great layout
Incredible views from both family rooms, the kitchen and the back deck. Our family of five was happy just hanging out and looking out of the window while we read, cooked, and played games on a last minute vacation before school started. The yard was perfect for our pup. There were deer that we could watch that came regularly and a bobcat sighting. The nearby beach was great for walks, the road for running and dog walking, and Bodega Bay had great offerings for coffee, pastries, food, and groceries. We had a great time and would highly recommend this property. Fabulous location and views that cannot be beat. Layout of two family rooms is great for people with kids or that just want to do different things. "

"Amazing Beach House
We loved our recent stay at this Beach House. It was in walking distance to an amazing beach, that was never crowded. The ocean views from the living room, king room and back room were amazing. We enjoyed the fire table, bbqing on the deck and eating dinner outside. The room with bunk beds was a nice surprise! The description said it was a room with a full bed, so I was prepared to have my girls share a bed. To our surprise, they each got their own bed as bunk beds! That should definitely be updated in the property description. The pool table was an added bonus that we used every day as well. The kitchen is a little small and there is no room to store any food that you bring unless it needs to be refrigerated. It would be nice to have a cupboard to store some snacks during our stay. Otherwise it was a lovely home, very clean, and we will definitely be coming back here again!"

This house ticked off all the right boxes! Great ocean view and less than a block to a beach. The house is beautifully decorated and the pool table provided lots of entertainment lol. We all had a great time playing games at the large dining table and conversing around the outdoor fire pit. I will definitely book there again, thank you"
