Cancellations: As an initial deposit, we take 50% of the reservation total at the time of your booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 60 days prior to your arrival date.
Should you need to cancel prior to final payment (60+ days prior to arrival date), you will receive a full refund of your initial deposit.
Cancellations made after final payment (within 60 days of arrival date), are not eligible for refund. You are financially responsible for the entire amount of the reservation less cleaning and pet fees. Please consider purchasing travel insurance in order to be eligible for reimbursement of non-refundable prepaid travel expenses.
Refunds: Conditions beyond our control i.e. weather, road conditions, power outage, government mandated travel restrictions, TV outage, phone outage, Wifi outage, Hot tub problems or guest emergencies do not constitute a basis for refunds.

"Bodega Breeze - A great place
We really enjoyed our 5 night stay at Bodega Breeze. Loved the location in that it is removed from the bustle of town but only a 3 minute drive to all the restaurants. A big plus of this place is the separate guesthouse which worked beautifully for my daughter and her husband with their new baby. They had their own space, while enjoying the main house and viewing deck all together. I will be back!"

"Lovely and Relaxing Location
The location is ideal for quiet walks, beach time, and relaxation and we had a wonderful time overall. It has most of what we needed although a little extra attention to details would have been nice (missing coffee pot carafe, only one towel per person, no napkins or cooking oil, full outdoor trash cans upon arrival, etc.). "

"Bodega Breeze Experience
We chose Bodega Breeze because of its location just north of Bodega Bay and the easy walking access to the beach. The house and the studio facilities gave us space to relax and unwind. The quiet neighborhood was a pleasant surprise.
The house and studio were enjoyable and well cared for. Since we are senior citizens and have bad knees, we found the toilets and couches a little low.
We found the elevated deck a great plus, since there is a great view of the shoreline north of the house.
Overall, I would recommend Bodega Breeze to family and friends as a place to stay when visiting the Bodega Bay area. "

"Great location
We chose this property for a celebration of our daughter’s 18th birthday with a small group of her friends primarily because of the amazing location and the second cottage. This house was immaculately clean and everything in it is fresh and new, which was very nice. The second house on the property was quite spacious, and had everything the girls needed for a comfortable stay.
If I could give any feedback, I would say that, as the listing says it accommodates eight people, it would have been nice to have had enough blankets, towels, and dishes for eight people. We all had to share bath towels (none were provided for the hot tub, either) and I found myself having my morning coffee out of a Pyrex measuring cup. There were also only four or five chairs at the dining room table, so my husband and I ended up squatting in front of the fireplace to eat our meals. Smaller pillows would have been much appreciated, as well. I understand the owners were probably going for big luxurious bed pillows, but they were all so thick, that we all ended up with neck pain the next day. And as several others have mentioned, it’s a bit awkward not having curtains in the master bedroom. The large bay window looks right out to the main road, so we had to change our clothes in the bathroom. Instructions for the hot tub would’ve been nice, too. The hot tub was a bit chilly at 98°, and there didn’t seem to be any way of turning the temperature up. Of course, these are all just intended to be helpful thoughts, and we would absolutely return to this property and very much enjoyed our stay."

"Bodega Breeze
Bodega Breeze is a cute small cottage with an accompanying studio that adds more space and privacy for guests. It is close to the beach and you have the surf sounds to lull you to sleep. Whie we enjoyed our stay, I wouldn’t recommend this cottage to anyone who has back problems as the beds are very soft and uncomfortable. "
