The North Tower of Barefoot Resort is located at 4801 Harbour Pointe Drive in North Myrtle Beach. This is a stunning 3bd/3ba condo is on the 9th floor has incredible views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the marina! This unit has 2 master suites that overlook the waterway and the entire unit received an extensive renovation in the fall of 2023. Each of the master suites has a king size bed and direct access to the balcony and its incredible views. The 3rd bedroom has 1 full & 1 twin. This unit also features a fully equipped kitchen with new cabinets, new counter tops and new appliances. There are also flat screen TV's, with cable, in the living room and all 3 bedrooms as well as a washer & dryer.
This resort has a huge pool with a covered hot tub. The property is located right behind Barefoot Landing which has tons of shops and restaurants including Greg Norman's Australian Grill and Umberto's. Entertainment venues include the Alabama Theater and House of Blues. During the summer months, you can enjoy fireworks over the waterway right from the balcony. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented (seasonally) from the lifeguards stationed on the beach.
Barefoot Resort has four pro-designed, world-class golf courses - The Norman course, The Davis Love course, The Dye course & The Fazio course. These courses and clubhouses are a golfers dream come true. Only minutes away from nightlife, casino boat gambling in Little River, Ripley' Aquarium, Carolina Opry & Dolly Parton's Pirate Voyage. Jet skies, boats and short term rental of boat slips are available at the marina. Many fishing boats and scuba shops are in the area as well. Enjoy nearby beaches with easy public access and free parking. A general aviation airport, Grand Strand Airport, with car rentals and a public boat landing are also nearby.

Cancellation Policy: If your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your reservation date, all payments will be refunded less the cancellation fee of $100.00 and the insurance premiums (if purchased). Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fees (if purchased). If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

We have been visiting Barefoot Resort for years and have stayed in the North Tower several times. This unit is by far the nicest we have booked. Very recently renovated with very high quality materials. The only negative feedback I can offer is the patio furniture did not seem to make the renovation list. Other than that, 5 stars!!"

Condo was great. There was an issue with the pool that North Beach had no control over and that was understood. The only thing we didn’t like was that between the rental company, the building manager and the pool people nobody seemed to talk to each other so the renters could be informed The rental company tried to help but they couldn’t get answers either. The rental was exactly how it was pictured in on the site. Very clean. Rooms were larger than expected and the bathrooms were to die for. Will definitely be staying here as much as possible. Only wish was that it was beachfront. "

The condo was excellent- clean, well appointed and decorated nicely. Master bath and closet were luxuriously large. The kitchen had everything we needed. The large balcony was a great place to enjoy the breezes and the views. We loved it!"

Well appointed and comfortable condo on Barefoot property. The pool is not heated in the winter and the hot tub is constantly full so these amenities were not able to be enjoyed. The pool is enormous so would be great for kids in the summer. If you’re coming for the beach, may not be for you but great view of the intercoastal and marina. Also great golfing area. North Beach Vacations are the best rental company we have ever dealt with in the greater Myrtle area. Great staff. "
