With a private hot tub, game room, gas fire pit, cozy deck, and family-friendly touches throughout, this home is a great fit for ski trips, summer lake weekends, and easy year-round getaways.
With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 5 guests, Bearfoot Summit Haus keeps you close to the lake, The Village, grocery stores, Bear Mountain, and some of Big Bear’s best outdoor recreation.

THE SPACE
Bearfoot Summit Haus offers a relaxed and comfortable layout designed for families and small groups. The living area features a sectional sofa, flat-screen TV with Roku, and a wood-burning fireplace for cozy evenings after skiing, hiking, or exploring Big Bear.
The full kitchen makes it easy to prepare breakfast before heading out or dinner after a day on the mountain. A Keurig is also provided for easy morning coffee.
The garage has been converted into a rec room with comfortable couches, a beverage fridge, ping pong table, foosball table, cornhole, darts, and a boot warmer for winter trips.
Outside, enjoy the deck with a porch swing, bird feeder, propane BBQ, and gas fire pit. The private hot tub provides another relaxing place to unwind beneath the mountain sky.

GOOD TO KNOW
Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome for $35 per dog, per night, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, and bring a pet bed for their comfort. No cats, please.
Baby Equipment
A Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for a delivery and pickup fee. Please arrange in advance.
All homes come with cozy blankets, fresh towels & linens. Our dedicated cleaning crew has prepared this vacation home for your arrival & will clean upon your departure.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker making it enjoyable to prepare meals during your stay. Food and pantry staples are not supplied.
What we provide
Basic essentials for the kitchen, linens, towels, bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.
Fire Pit
The outdoor fire pit is gas only. Wood and food are not permitted.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Guests must comply with Big Bear Lake's Good Neighbor Policy and applicable local vacation rental regulations.
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM throughout Big Bear.

Bearfoot Summit Haus was the best location we have ever stayed in. You can walk to the slopes in 5 min, you can walk to some great restaurants, and it’s very close to other recreational things to do in Big Bear. Sitting under the stars at night in a jacuzzi or at a fire pit is awesome. I HIGHLY recommend it. "

"Superb
We loved our stay in this place. Close to the Summit, so ideal to walk to the lifts and grab lunch during the day. The house had all it needed and the ping pong and darts in the garage were a lot of fun.
It missed only a 5th dining table chair, which I shared with the rental company and would be solved for future stays. Would recommend to have it readily available in the garage in case someone needs it. "

"Perfect family get away
My family and I had an incredible time at this property. It was the perfect size for my mom and her three adult children, exactly what she wanted for her 70th birthday—a chance to spend quality time together. We enjoyed playing ping pong, chatting under the night stars on the porch, and taking a short trip to the lake to rent a pontoon. Communication with the host and property management was excellent; they went above and beyond to accommodate a special request. Thank you for making our stay so memorable! "

"Walk to Snow Summit Getaway
Enjoyed this place. It was smaller than some we have stayed at and had a few small issue but nothing that would prevent me from staying here again. Walked to Summit each day. Spa was great after a long day of snowboarding. Played a bit of ping pong and darts in the garage/game room. Good times."
