CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Best Birthday Week Eva!
This condo is a dream! My family of three was amazed by the views from the fifth floor at the Flamingo — absolutely breathtaking! We didn’t want to leave. The condo was clean and had easy access to everything: the beach, pool, elevators, and parking lot. It was the perfect place for me to relax and celebrate my birthday. I truly enjoyed myself and would definitely stay here again!"

"Really amazing unit!
This unit was very nice. The master room near the balcony has nice roll down shades but is not a blackout shade, and we enjoyed waking up gently with the sunlight. The second room stays very dark for sleeping in. Cooking supplies are well stocked and closet has some umbrellas, sand toys and boogie boards. Wrap around balcony is great! 5th floor view. also, beach access is so easy. the condo had an elevator very near this corner unit and carts to help unload luggage and groceries. very clean. Would stay again!"

"Wonderful Time At The Gulfstream (North Padre Island)
This is a great corner condo with wonderful views of the Gulf. We love staying at the Gulfstream because it is right on the beach. This unit was clean and well equipped. Padre Escapes did a great job of keeping us informed and checking on us."

"Wouldn't Stay with them (specifically at Gulfstream) Again
We rented two condos at the Gulfstream through Padre Escapes. Unit 505 was decent, but Unit 504 was terrible. It had roaches, was dirty, and the AC stopped working. The staff at Padre Escapes tried to help, but we had to leave early because they couldn't fix the AC. They refunded us for the nights we didn't stay, but still charged the cleaning fee. The roaches were terrible and the broken AC made it worse. I wouldn't book through them again. Even though they refunded the nights we didn't stay, I believe they should have helped us find another place to stay and waived the cleaning fee for the disgusting room. Fortunately, the AC issue led to a partial refund. Beware! You get what you pay for. Unit 504 is nasty and infested with roaches."

"Perfect location
So this is a huge condominium and yet only one of the 2 elevators worked and of course it was on the complete opposite side of where our room was. Not to mention, the elevator was a breeding sanctuary for mosquitoes.
Overall, The room was great, the view was amazing! And the beach wasn’t over crowded either bc we went after the whole tropical storm Beryl fiasco. "

"A bit dissapointed
We were asked to change reservations at the last minute because our original condo wasn't available through Padre Escapes. The condo we received was extremely dated. The ceilings were yellow and the the wallpaper was peeling from the walls. The kitchen did not include enough dishes and cookware to house 6 people, either. I was disappointed to say the least. We requested a portable bed and it took two phone calls and 4 hours to get it. We had to wash our own towels because housekeeping at the complex wouldn't do it for us and that wasn't explained well. The view was amazing, the condo however was less than desirable. Won't likely rent from Padre Escapes anytime in the future."

"On Island Time
Condo 505 at Gulfstream is incredible! The views from the wrap around balcony are spectacular! This unit does not disappoint as you have a water view from just about every room in the condo. The unit is very clean and has everything you need. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely rent this condo again. Also the property at Gulfstream is very nice, they have a wonderful pool and hot tub and the staff are very friendly and helpful."

"Family get together
Nicely appointed, clean. LOVE the wrap around patio! The upper floor allows views up and down the beach! There were spots of paint peeling if of two doors. The kitchen wasn’t stocked with even salt & pepper or ample dishwashing pods. Bring extra bath towels & beach towels! The smart TV wasn’t able to access my own YouTube or movie account (3 star situation)."

"Great Escape
Loved this condo especially the fantastic views! Impressed by the cleanliness and fully stocked kitchen, and the decor gave it the "beachy feel" considering it was early December. Perfect fit for 2 adult couples running away from home. Will rent again! "
