CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Cozy Condo
We enjoyed staying at this 2 bedroom condo. It’s decorated very nicely, each bedroom has its own private bathroom, the mattresses are comfortable. The only disadvantage are the stairs leading up to the bedrooms. The stairs were a little too much for us due to our age. The swimming pool is nice and clean. "

"Satisfying Seagull
We were in the area for a medical procedure at the Driscoll Children's Hospital. We have rented at Palm Bay throught Padre Escapes previously and felt sure thus would be a safe, relaxing place to stay. We were right! This condo is spacious, comfortable, and convenient. "
