Cancellation Policy: If your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your reservation date, all payments will be refunded less the cancellation fee of $100.00 and the insurance premiums (if purchased). Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fees (if purchased). If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

Very comfortable, clean, with great view. The only down side is the check in process is very inconvenient. We arrived late and had to go to office at a different location to pick up instructions that night and go to that location the next day to check in, and had to deliver the pool bands back to that location before leaving. We have stayed in a different condo there before and did not have to go thru this inconvenience. Office staff is not very friendly. All in all, not good customer service." It’s been our best stay in NMB, except it was a bit high for us, 13th floor. One more thing, the management company was also the best one we’ve worked with. Such generous owners!
