This fabulous 2/2 condo at Inverness Condominiums is located right on the Comal River and just across the street from Schlitterbahn. Rockin' R is a local tube outfitter which can pick up 2 lots down from Inverness Condos between Memorial Day and Labor Day. For any reservation outside of that time period, the Rockin' R shop is located only .5 miles away. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has been fully remodeled and is the perfect spot for an amazing vacation. The guest bedroom has a king size bed and the master has a king with a private bath.. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The open living/ kitchen area is the perfect place to gather in the evening. All bedrooms and bathrooms come stocked with high quality linens. Look no more, this is the condo for you!
You are provided 2 parking passes, one for a numbered covered spot and a second for general parking. This condo is on the first floor and does have an elevator. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. Guests will be provided with 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed.
**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time! To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
WINTER MONTHLY RENTALS - if you are interested in renting monthly in the winter months, please contact for pricing details. This property is $1650 per month.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival will result in a $50 administrative fee and the return of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will result in full forfeiture of payment. On monthly reservations the cancellation policy increases to 30 days. We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures.

"Great complex
We enjoyed the location of the complex and the closeness of the restaurants and the river. Would stay in the complex again but not this particular unit #102. The pillows weren’t flat like sleeping without pillows, the living room was hot with no ceiling fan, the dryer didn’t work correctly, and the 2nd bedroom didn’t have a TV. For the price of the unit it would have been nice to have all things listed and made our stay much more comfortable."

Just enough space for two people on the go all weekend, short drive to busy San Antonio and nice peaceful sleep once we returned! Short walk to the pool and river and the river can be seen from the balcony. A bit of street noise during the work week but nothing major, otherwise very peaceful and quiet day and night!"

The place was clean and had room for our family of 5, but this is the first short term rental I have ever had that didn’t provide any coffee, tea, salt/pepper, or any other extras. The place was great but I would add at least the coffee. Hotels provide coffee. "

We really enjoyed it. Not too much noise. Very convenient since water park is walking distance. Pool water was a little warm. But the river is right there which makes it better. Recommend more bbq pits. "
