Cancelling your reservation for any reason within 30 days of your scheduled arrival will result in complete forfeiture of funds.
- Cancellation(s) for monthly/snowbird guests: Reservations cancelled a minimum of 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in a full refund of your prepayments less a $200.00 cancellation fee plus tax if pricing has been confirmed and a contract has been signed. "Will not be returning
The mattress was horrible on the bed. Woke up every morning to our backs hurting. The coffee cups were to small for the keurig. The keurig overflowed every time you made a cup of coffee. The freezer door handle popped off multiple times. The elevator issue was a total turn off. We will never stay at this resort again. After waiting for over 1 1/2 hours to return a luggage cart to get an I.D. is ridiculous. Having back issues, standing that long waiting, made me hurt so bad. If security hadn't of come by and helped me, there is no telling how long I would have waited for an elevator. "

Condo was at a great location and description of property and amenities was correct.
Stove top was nasty and old food still left out on balcony! Rest of condo was clean.
Owner when asked question was courteous and helpful.
Worst problem was elevators!!!! SO. SLOW!!! and people would cancel the call and any floor that had pushed the button would be canceled and you would have to start again.
Due to problems every single day with elevators, not sure I would recommend until something was done about them. That was one thing on reviews I looked at that kept coming up but didn't realize how bad it would be.

Booking through Gibson is always a great experience. The represtatives are amazing through the reservation process and the payment procedure is easy. The Tidewater Property in Panama City was exceptional in every way. Unit 1018 was the perfect rental for my wife and I. It was our first empty nest trip after being married for 36 years. The unit and property met every expectation. We will definitely return. "

The room was perfect. Very functional, decorated nicely and overall exactly what we needed. The resort was very well maintained and clean. Only huge issue...elevators. Best time to ride is before 7 am. After that, good luck catching one. "

"Tidewater 1018
The Tidewater resort was beautiful! Very nice place, but be prepared to wait for an elevator! We waited 45 minutes for an elevator. 1018 was very nice and clean! However, every single one of the dishes was dirty. I usually always rinse/wash dishes before using when I stay somewhere but we had to scrub majority of the dishes we used. Other than that our stay was very nice!"
