Welcome to Page Lake cottage, a year-round haven for the beauty of fall and the wonder of winter. Less than 15 miles to Elk Mountain, the size of this home allows you to ski AND live comfortably with your friends.
As autumn vibrantly paints the landscape, we offer a quiet, cozy retreat with large porches and windows to view the incredible fall foliage, as you take in the beautiful reflections on the lake. Gather your friends and family for fall foliage tours, or drink warm cider by the fire.
Page Lake Cottage is one of the most beautiful lake houses you will ever find. It is large, but has a homey atmosphere thanks to the wonderful finishes. It has 5 bedrooms that can sleep 16 people, so it's great for larger families or groups of friends who want to get away together. Large windows give visitors a beautiful view over the lake from a huge wrap around deck making it easy to enjoy being outside in any weather.
THE SPACE:
There are three gas fireplaces, one on each floor. There’s plenty of space for summer fun on the lake or family ski trips at nearby Elk Mountain. Enjoy the fire pit and outdoor dining with sunrise/sunsets over the lake. Get out on the lake with stand up paddle boards, kayaks, inner tubes, a pedal boat, etc. along with many life jackets in various sizes. Whether you are looking for a restful vacation, an occasion to bring together family and friends, or even a corporate retreat, our modern home is a perfect destination!
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Relax with 5 smart TVs, Sonos audio system, WIFI which extends throughout the entire property, a large kitchen with all the amenities, as well as a butler’s kitchen with an additional full size refrigerator/freezer, sink, counters and pantry space. Plenty of seating in the dining room, around the kitchen island and outside on the wrap-around porch.
In case you need a midnight snack, the upstairs den offers a full mini kitchen with a microwave, wet bar and fridge, along with its own balcony overlooking the lake. This den is also host to a gas fireplace.
For those needing to work, there is plenty of space to tuck away and a dedicated work space with a desk on the first floor.
We provide all linens and towels (including beach towels).

THE OUTDOORS:
We welcome you to 5,000 square feet of space, with 150 feet of your own lake frontage, all on a lake front double lot with manicured grounds and three tiers of parking. With an easily obtainable license, there is fishing off the dock or have fun fishing from your kayak. The lake is generously stocked with bass, pickerel, catfish, perch and sunfish.
If outdoor dining is more your style, enjoy dinner on the wrap-around covered porch with breathtaking views of the lake. With a Viking gas grill, cooking is made easy - and for dessert, gather around the large fire-pit to roast marshmallows or enjoy an after-dinner drink. Our woodshed is stocked with cured firewood.
The Fall foliage is spectacular, and you will have plenty of space for outdoor fun with the family. Next to the main house is an adorable “treehouse” (or what neighbors fondly refer to as our guest house) complete with a loft space. Although the treehouse has AC, it is not heated so we lock it up during the winter months.
We also look forward to hosting skiers and anyone looking to enjoy the wintry fun of Elk Mountain, located 15 miles away.

High Season Rates are $1,150/night, excluding holidays. There is an off season 3 night minimum, but we will fill scheduling gaps for fewer nights if there are any. Daily rentals will be considered based on availability. Rates vary depending on the season. Rate is based on 10 guests. There will be a $50/guest/night surcharge for any guest above 10.
$325 cleaning fee plus a 9% occupancy tax for the state of PA
There is an additional fee for dogs.

50% payment due when booking with 100% refunded if cancelled within 48 hrs of booking/received deposit

"We had a wonderful multi-generation family vacation on the lake. The house was even more beautiful (and big!) than it seemed in the photos. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy activities either together or in smaller groups or solo. The first-floor suite was perfect for my 80-year-old mom, although be aware for anyone with mobility issues that the path to the lake involves either some stairs or a walk down the grassy slope. (She was able to do it with a little help.) We had a few small issues but Roger was super responsive and everything was worked out. The lake was lovely and we enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards especially. Would definitely return! We all wished we could have stayed even longer."

"Perfect place for a large family get away. We had 8 adults and 7 children and never left the property over 5 days! Relaxing location, right on the water with all the amenities. The house is every bit as nice as the pictures. It is very spacious with three levels to spread out. The wrap around porch overlooking the water was a favorite for everyone to enjoy. Fire pit was used every night for Smores and hanging out. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, coffee maker, etc and we used the BBQ grill each day. Owner is responsive to any need. You won’t be disappointed with this property, we would book the Page Lake property again for sure!"

"I was looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway and this place was all of that and more! The entire property was so beautiful. The inside was very clean. The kitchen was huge and had everything you could think of. The neighbors are welcoming and friendly. While the lake was full of people boating, tubing and swimming during the day when the sun went down it became so peaceful and quite. If i am ever in the area again I will definetly stay here again."

"ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!
The home is impeccable. We are a group of 8 adult friends who rent a cabin every year. This is by far the nicest place we have visited. Perfectly clean and tidy. If you're a fan of details, the trim and tile work are the best you can find in a modern home. The lake was peaceful and quiet and the views were gorgeous. If you like to cook (we do) the kitchen can't be beat. Two refrigerators, two ovens, two wine refrigerators, two sinks, a dedicated ice maker, a top-of-the-line gas grill. Not just a washer and dryer, but a complete laundry room with a sink. I could write pages of how nice this place was to stay, with no complaints. Roger was the best host and was almost immediate to reply with any questions we had. 10 stars, we will return without question."

"This home was amazing in every way! This rental was very clean, comfortable. It was very well stocked, the owners have thought of everything for all seasons, and they were very accommodating and easy to communicate with! While the driveway is steep and would be treacherous in the snow we had, they left extra supplies for snow removal, and their team of shovelers were terrific and timely so we had no issues going out and about. House has wonderful details and lovely storage space, very well thought out. Owners left a very nice welcome basket that we enjoyed. Downstairs basement space was a nice surprise and comfortable for watching playoff football games! Any special requests were provided for, and our grandchildren and dogs really enjoyed their time in Susquehanna!! I would highly recommend this wonderful home for any length of stay at any time of year!! We hope to be back in warmer weather to enjoy the lovely backyard and lake!!"

"Our Family Vacation
Our family takes a yearly vacation together, and this one was probably the most relaxing. The home is beautiful and the pictures match exactly. It is decorated beautifully and has everything you need. We enjoyed the outside decks, the kayaks, the paddle boards. The communication with the owner was amazing! "The house is spacious and clean. It has everything you need, kitchen is well equipped, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Plenty of beach towels and bath towels. The kids had so much fun swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking. We stayed on the 4th of July weekend and it was incredible the fireworks on the lake."

"Perfection!! This is one of those places that I was a bit tempted to leave a bad review just to keep it all to myself. But that wouldn't be right :). This place is absolute perfection. The house couldn't be more beautifully appointed. And the lake/dock area is just as impressive. And don't even get my started on the huge wrap around porch that is perfect for thunderstorms and evening games. Oh, and the fire pit? Magical! The owner has thought of everything, down to the all-house built-in speaker system. The butler's pantry made extra food/drink storage SO easy! The lake itself is incredibly quiet and peaceful, with such welcoming, kind residents. And the fishing was great every single day! Bass, perch, pickerel, catfish...they were all biting! We stayed with another family to do some skiing at Elk mountain over Christmas break. Very well appointed and wonderfully decorated home with everything we needed to be comfortable over a long weekend. The butlers pantry is absolutely amazing and had plenty of space for all our ski gear. Felt like we had the lake to ourselves and would definitely stay here again."

We stayed here for two days to celebrate my nephew’s first birthday. Several family members came in from out of town and the house was perfect for our large group to get together. "This house was absolutely perfect for our Thanksgiving family gathering. Five bedrooms with comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of bathrooms and towels for 10 guests. Three large living spaces to spread out and relax in. I can’t say enough about the kitchen and butlers pantry which are fully stocked with all manner of cooking equipment, baking sheets, serving bowls, casserole dishes, pots, pans, mixers, utensils, cutting boards, knives and an ample supply of dishes and flatware! The setting on the lake with the wrap around porch was fabulous. Don’t hesitate to rent this Airbnb you won’t be disappointed!"

"Beautiful Fall Lakehouse
I had such a relaxing stay at KimBuckToo! It was wonderful to sit outside on the covered porch and see the fall foliage. I wish I could have stayed longer! The house has beautiful flow and I wanted for nothing. This would be a perfect spot for a winter group ski trip. Thank you for everything!"

"The most beautiful lake house!
We were a little unsure initially about the bed situation (but confident that the house was spacious enough) as we had 6 couples and a baby. We were blown away by everything. Every room was large and inviting, and we only wish we could have stayed here for longer than a weekend. All of us agreed we need to come back in the summertime and take advantage of that lake! Can’t say enough good things about this well cared for home."

"We were “wowed”
It’s great when you walk into a home and say “wow”! We said it upon entering and as we walked into each room of the house, then we were wowed again outside! This home is spacious, warm, well equipped and beautifully decorated. One of our favorite spots was the outside patio complete with sunshades and a fire pit. We were four couples in our 60’s and found the home, bedrooms and baths extremely comfortable. The kitchen was huge with an additional butlers pantry and 2nd refrigerator. The host quickly responded to the few questions that we had and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Beautiful. Just beautiful Best way to describe this home The home is beautifully decorated and is just perfect for a family gathering Each bedroom was pleasantly appointed and the sitting area on second floor with a balcony overlooking the lake is perfect for family members to gather before bedtime The living and dining area are spacious and gives you a warm home feeling The kitchen has everything you need to host an event Two refrigerators was perfect for housing all the food and drinks Outside is a beautiful wrap around deck with a great view of the lake we made great use of morning coffee on the deck watching the boats The fire pit was a hit for our family gathering in the evening just to sit and relax and our grandkids enjoyed the lake. "Our family of 14 had a fantastic time at Page Lake Cottage. Staying at this house feels like a peek into luxury. The house itself is very well designed- beautiful details abound on the interior and exterior- and the spacious layout works really nicely for a large group, allowing for everyone to do their own thing in different areas of the property but then gather together at mealtimes. The sizable kitchen, butler’s pantry, and outdoor grill made food storage and meal prep uncomplicated. The tap water tastes great so no need to bring bottled water. All the beds, bedding, and towels were excellent quality. Our favorite part of our stay was all the ways we were able to enjoy the lake- kayaking, pedal boating, paddle boarding, swimming, and fishing. Our host was consistently responsive and conscientious, and all the neighbors were very friendly and kind. Overall an exceptional vacation spot, to which we hope to return next year!"

"Our host was nothing but amazing with replying and answering all questions. The house itself is absolutely GORGEOUS! It has everything anyone can ask for. The Kitchen is equipped with everything. The views are breathtaking and the outdoor activities were entertaining. My friends/family had an amazing time and we took advantage of the outdoor area whether by sitting by the dock or paddle boating. We took every opportunity we had to sit outdoors and enjoy the fantastic views. The neighbors and lake users were friendly. I would definitely return and hope to create more memories at the Lake House!"

"Great hosts and the house was beautiful and spacious. The view of the lake is lovely and could be seen from almost all the rooms. We mostly sat by the fireplace in the living room and enjoyed the view from the deck. All the bedrooms are large and my family especially appreciated the primary bedroom and en suite bathroom on the first floor. The rest of us stayed in the bedrooms upstairs. We didn’t get a chance to paddle board or boat but we saw equipment and life jackets on site for guest use. Hopefully next time!"
