This spacious second-floor condo offers unbeatable access to the Comal River, is just across the street from Schlitterbahn, and only a short walk to downtown shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Whether you’re tubing the river, relaxing by the pool, or exploring the Texas Hill Country, this is the ideal spot for your family vacation.
The Space:
This beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers comfort, style, and convenience for your stay in New Braunfels. While the condo does not have a river view, guests enjoy exclusive river access right from the complex.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Master Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Twin-over-twin bunk bed + one full bed
Living Room: Queen sofa sleeper
Sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably. All linens and towels are provided for indoor use.
The open-concept living area includes a comfortable seating area, TV, and dining space that flows into a fully equipped kitchen. Step out onto the private balcony to unwind after a day of tubing or exploring the area.

Overflow parking available a few blocks away.
Wristband Pickup/Return: Must be collected and returned at our office (less than 2 miles away).

No RVs, Trailers, Parties, or Daytime Guests Allowed
Primary Renter: Must be 25+ years old and staying at the property.
Identification: Renter’s photo ID and credit card required at check-in or via email.
Rental Agreement: Electronic agreement must be signed prior to arrival.
Security: Outdoor driveways and parking areas may be monitored by video cameras per HOA and city regulations.
Damage Protection: Includes accidental damage coverage up to $1,500.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival will result in a $50 administrative fee and the return of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will result in full forfeiture of payment. On monthly reservations the cancellation policy increases to 30 days. We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures.

Camp Boogie Bahn was a great basecamp for our excursions into the the surrounding areas. It was very convenient to all that we wanted to do, was nicely appointed, and extremely clean and well maintained. The check in process was simple and we absolutely would stay again the next time we return to the area."

"Perfect for family weekend river floating
Great location. Very clear terms of rental. I loved the layout of the condo. Clean. Nicely furnished and decorated. Bring extra laundry and dishwasher tabs. Very nice that a baby gate was in the closet for the stairs! Easy walk to Prince Solms park for floating with our own tubes (only $2 to enter at chute). Also great location to walk across the street to Garden Street bridge river entrance, for a short, relaxing river float. Enjoyed getting out at personal River exit, rather than the public river exit, that gets very chaotic and crowded. Nice pool and hot tub for the whole family. I would book here, again! "

"Girls week end on the river
We picked the unit because of the location. We could walk across the street and enter the river and float around to our condo. The float that was supposed to take 40 minutes took 1 1/2 hrs to 2 hours instead of the 40 minutes that Camp Warneke listed, but that was due to the volume of people and the flow of the river. The unit was very nice and clean and restaurants were walking distance. It is advertised at sleeping 10. We had 7 and it was a little cramped. I wouldn’t suggest putting 10 in the unit. We nicely decorated and updated."
